I love this tonic - it's pleasant tasting, easy to take and it's easily absorbed - it gives me a signficant boost of energy within 20 minutes. This is one of the supplements that I cannot do without. In this liquid form I can take small amounts often throughout the day if I need to. I have chronic fatigue and and am very sensitive to foods and supplements, so being able to vary the dose is very useful.This helps keep my mood good, and it has a marked effect on my energy levels. Also, after covid I developed palpitations - this tonic seems to keep them from getting out of hand. If I miss a day the palpitations start up again.Glycinate is one of the best absorbed forms of magnesium, and it's the only form that doesn't cause me insomnia.

So, I actually love the flavor. It is a tangerine sort of flavor. I have heard about other products causing constipation so I wanted this form to avoid that since I already deal with constipation due to overactive bladder. I have had zero side effects. I have been taking this for 26 days so far. I take Trazodone for sleep as I have always had issues with not feeling tired, and lately I have started feeling actual pangs of tiredness. Maybe it is this product because my lifestyle has not changed. I also would have aspects of forgetfulness with minor things like remembering a small number sequence for work. Usually it is just due to my ADD and my brain being on too many things at once, but I have noticed that I am not as forgetful anymore.

I'm buying this a 2nd time. I didn't take it regularly the last time but the days I took this along with a valerian root supplement my sleep quality was noticibly better. I usually have very poor sleep quality (wake up tired). Didn't cause any digestive discomfort, but I also don't recall if it helped with regularity, I purchased it for the sleep/mind effect.
Good inositol. Helps to normalize the level of insulin in the blood. During the reception and observance of proper nutrition, weight began to decrease. Capsules are easy to swallow. Tasteless. The only negative in the price. The capsules in the jar are not enough for me. I need to take 4 a day. Click like, please.
