Ginkgo biloba has a lot of benefits for our health and for me I mainly bought it for circulation problems hearth health, infflamation, memory problems brain fog and fatigue. I could feel after one week that my blood circulates better and my feet were warmer, my concentration and focus was super I could learn better. I have improvement in mood too

I was taking these everyday. I took it for a long time, but one day I forgot to take them when I ran out. Come to find out, I didn't really need these. Ginko is a blood thinner. So have to be careful you don't get in an accident. I don't know what the surgeons do when someone's blood is thinned.

I need 40 mg/day if we talk about ginkgo biloba, but only a few days a year. Sometime, i have a little stomagache with my ussual two pills (20 mg/pill), so i bought these and i take only one with lunch. It seems be better for my stomach but, if i'd needed take them every day, i'll ask the doctor before (the doctor was who told me about 40 mg/day, a very few days a year).Nature's Bounty is one of the brads suitable for allergic people. READ CAREFULLY before shopping. I'm allergic to dairy products and some probiotics are not suitables for me, for example, or fish oil is not suitable for allergic people. I mean they write on label which sustances is free every product, so allergic people know that we'll not find a forbidden jar of caps when the post arrives home.
