Nature's Bounty Vitamin C 500 MG 250 Tablets

I have to take vitamin c because I am anemic, so when I take or eat my iron I need to take/ eat vitamin c to help the iron absorb into my blood and it helps with not upsetting my stomach. I like that it is a brand that my doctor knows and doesn't have anything harmful in it. They taste could be better however. I like that it is also affordable, even if you buy the 25 count at the $1.25 store (dollar tree).

Natures Bounty Vitamin C is great! It is always sealed and packed well when I buy it! It's very effective at adding vitamin C to your body to protect you against being sick and has great ingredients too! They have no taste, instead they do have th coating on them to help you swallow! Try some toast!

These are pretty standard swallow-able Vitamin C pills. The important thing to note here is that these are not chew-able pills, so don't put the pills in the mouth or suck on it for too long. These pills have ascorbic acid which will make your mouth hurt if you suck on these pills. These are meant to be swallowed.These pills also have rose hips which makes it easy for body to absorb the Vitamin C from the pill.These pills are 500mg which is way more than the daily recommended dose for adults (90 mg for men, 75 mg for women.) I really like this brand supplements and I trust the quality. Time leased Vitamin C is the best, and 500 mg is the amount that works best for me. Higher doses in Vitamin C cause me to have digestive problems. The size of the capsule is easy to take. I’ve taken Vitamin C for years and it helps keep me from getting colds and viruses.

It Does the Job

I haven’t noticed any real improvement but my vitamin c levels are increasing thanks to this supplement. It’s gentle on the stomach. My only complaint is the taste from the pill when I first put it in my mouth. It dissipates pretty quickly though. The dosage is just what I need. Great supplement.

Vitamin C a day does keep the doctor away!

My husband and I are 86 yrs. old, have taken 500 mg of Vit C twice a day for many years, as have our children, and grandchildren... and we all sware by it... We live in the midwest with cold winters and our family mantra is: "Take your Vit. C" .... and it works! Nature's Bounty Vit C does the job beautifully!

Worth It A

I love Nature's Bounty Vitamin C because I feel regenerated.The body needs 75 mg of vitamin c per day as your daily value.I take only one per week due to the milligram size.Having had a Hysterectomy my body does not absorb the necessary amounts needed like it did before surgery, no matter how much I eat or drink. Taking Nature's Bounty has kept my body from being stiff, sore and gives me an overall feeling of wellness like I had before the surgery. It gave me my life back. When I get results like this it's worth it no matter how much it may cost, yet it's very economically priced.Note*Taking more vitamin c than you need will result in kidney stones, leg swelling.**See a Physician for best advice on usage.Thanks Walmart.
