I take this supplement to help me with my dietary intake. Let’s face it as much as we try to eat healthy, buy organic products and avoid processed products, it is not easy. I use vitamin E topically in addition to taking it orally. Vitamin E oil helps hydrate my cuticles and nail beds. It’s also helpful with cracked/chapped lips, and helping tame hair with wild flyaways and adding moisture back into dry ends.

Absolutely awesome! Not only do I ingest these but I also break the capsules apart and put directly on my skin. The oil inside is a bit sticky; hence why I use them at night on my face. My OBGYN told me years ago that I needed to take Vitamin E for breast health. It does take a while of continuous use for that benefit but not for the skin. I slacked on taking Vitamin E for several years but in just about 3 weeks, I have noticed improvement in my skin all over. They are an inexpensive staple.

I love these capsules, and I use them a little differently. The capsules are easy to pop or cut and I like to have them on hand to use on scars and for healing. Way less messy than carrying a container of the straight up oil.

I find vitamin e amazing for great skin . Among other amazing things it delivers, I mainly use it internally by consuming and topically by piercing a tablet and applying liquid to skin.I find my wounds heal quicker and scars diminish in one week. I apply one tablet topically once per week and sleep in it. So normally night routine. I take 1 a day everyday with water. Vitamin e has many benefits specially in health area. But hey if you can use it for beauty too why not. I wake up fresh faced and soft skin the day after.

I take biotin and vitamin E for my skin health and the cranberry supplement for urinary tract health. I haven’t had any urinary tract infections since I started using Mason cranberry supplements. And biotin and vitamin E keep my skin looking healthy.
