I’ve enjoyed taking this supplement as much as I did with Lecithin from Now Foods. It helped me to focus on work and studying better, when I felt like my head isn’t “fresh”.I’m satisfied with the quality, it had no smell or taste. The size of the capsules is quite big though, but it’s basically the same as other brands have.

lecithin is what I use every day. I felt that it works a week after the start of use. I will order more. I have bile problems since birth and he needs help. My migraines even decreased after taking + digestion improved. Capsules are big but it’s a usual size for all lecithin. So it’s workable cheap lecithin with a comfortable case and a good 1200 dose.
I usually use sunflower lecithin in conjunction with breastfeeding to ward off any plugged ducts that develop from time to time. Lecithin can really make a difference! With sunflower products being difficult to come by, I tried this. Unfortunately the soy bothered my baby; it's one of the top-10 allergens. The product was fine otherwise in convenient capsules and no aftertaste. Unfortunately I will not buy again for use breastfeeding.
