and it's relatively cheap.. Lowers cholesterol, heart health, good for guys on TRT (you can look this up yourself), digestion, skin, etc. For me though, I didn't like taking more capsules than I need to so I stopped. I'm pretty sure there was a difference for me but I am just too lazy to keep taking these pills on top of everything else I'm taking.
