I have used this product literally for decades, actually taking 2 per day. B vitamins are excellent for helping your body deal with stress, combat the results of too much cortisol, and for keeping your skin, nails, and especially, hair in great shape. People often express surprise when I tell them I don't color my hair, just take a lot of B's and keep the gray away! I highly recommend this product as well as iHerb for providing a professional, expansive, reasonably priced selection of supplements. Always fast and accurate with customer service.

Smelled very bad, my room was filled with it’s odour which became very disturbing. Was hard to swallow due to the smell and ended up throwing it out because I couldn’t take it.

This product really helps my Morton's Neuroma! I also take their B12. If I go without it for a while, the neuroma gets worse! I like the fact that it’s timed released. And it definitely helps increase my energy level! Awesome product, really good quality! It is a large tablet, so if you have trouble swallowing, it may not be the right thing for you.

Have immediate result to the gum and mouth problems. I choose it because it is not in capsule. But the pill size is a bit too big, the smell is strong. Maybe that is it when no capsule to contain the ingredients.
This is so far best vit B complex composition containing methylated vitamins forms I have found so far on the market.I have been using it for around 4 months, so has my family. I can certainly notice a difference in my sleep quality and lower stress level. The only aspect I am not happy about is the form of vit B3 used in the formula - niacinamide - which is heavy on the liver. I would be happy to see it replaced with Nicotinic Acid which is far more beneficial for health.
Use this B-complex for night, since it is release. The ingredients are good, with the 8 Vitamins in the same dosage. Good for Migraine persons. Also good for the nervous system. I use this quality of Vitamins since 20 years.
I was surprised that this B complex product worked even though it wasn't the "coenzymated" version which I have read good reviews on. I had better focus during the day, and better sleep at night. However, I started getting some ulcers on my lips and gums after about a fortnite of continuous daily consumption. Having to stop taking it now for a few days. After this short break, I will resume taking it on alternate days, i.e. 3 or 4 days a week.
