Can't do without this! Serious illness a few years back with doctors advising me to take VitD everyday. Have tried many other brands but the quality and dosage really work with my to ensure no deficiency. Ran out a few times and resorted to using something else without the same benefits or effects. Don't just buy this for your bones or for not getting enough sun, but it for improved immunity, absorption and ingredients that really work! I won't use anything else and buying some for my sister and her husband who also has a compromised immune system.

It does the job. Recommended by a nutritionist to me. I had very low vit D, this helped me to really get ut up, and also lift my mood and overall feeling. Can't recommend the dose to everyone, but for those with very low vit d, it's ok to start with, than for keeping the level of it, to try something with 2-4000 potency.

Bought this for a friend, she said that NP works better for her than other brands with equal dosage, could raise up her D3 level well to the point that’s considered healthy by local’s laboratorium.

Great quality product, as an adult, this will help my bones to survive my hectic duties, and my recreational activities really do requires too much walking, so I kinda like that this soft gels provide good benefits for my immune system, Glad I bought this!
