I’m a complete stress ball and am always looking for more natural ways to help reduce my stress. Exercise alone hasn’t been enough for me, so I’ve been interested in trying ashwagandha for some time. These gummies are a little rubbery but they don’t taste bad at all, which means I’ll keep taking them. Also, if you’re like me and a bit of a skeptic about “wooo wooo” stuff, it really helped to know that these are from Nature’s Way, so I know it can be trusted.

I’ve tried these for couple weeks have been talking 2 daily. I personally do not like the taste (maybe it’s the flavor) of these gummies or the after taste that stays in your mouth. I did not see any added benefits of stress relief either. Maybe it’s because I deal with Middle schoolers all day… I gave it a fair because I feel like it may work better for others then it fit myself.

I had never heard of these before but when I came across them I thought why not try them! They have a very nice smooth consistency that melts nicely or even chew they don't leave any aftertaste either. I just started taking them, however I think they do help me feel a little better anxiety wise. I will Continue to use these as any way that I can treat anxiety feeling naturally is a win for me!!!

Gummies taste good - which is not what I expected. Ashwaganda really does help reduce anxiety and I’m so glad to have found a gummy variety. They aren’t sugar coated like a lot of gummies, so no weird texture. They are more like a very firm fruit snack. The flavor is supposed to be berry. I’d say more blackberry or grape than strawberry, which is great because strawberry can be a weird gummy flavor (to me).
It's really difficult to objectively describe the effects of a single supplement with any sort of accuracy. Is it really improving my mood, or is it just a placebo effect? Could some other factor be responsible?Keeping in mind that each body may be impacted differently, here are my observations. There's no instantaneous mood boost, but over the course of a week (2 gummies daily), I can say that my sleep quality has improved slightly, dreams have become more vivid, and mood baseline is equal or slightly improved. Not bad!

This is my first time trying ashwaganda gummies. I normally take the pill version daily but wanted something different. These are actually pretty tasty. I thought it might have a strong flavor but it's not. Pretty mild but definitely berry flavor. Serving size is 2 gummies and this bottle has 90 total. Good sized bottle. 6g of carbs and 4g of sugar per serving.
I have always been very happy with Nature’s Way products and these Ashwagandha Gummies are another quality product. I’ve taken a different brand before in pill form and the pills were very unappealing. These gummies taste great and are easy to take. They are a great size and I have felt noticeably more calm the past few days while taking them.
When I first tried these gummies, I wasn't fond of the taste. By the second try, I was used to them. Now, I actually really like them. More importantly, I've noticed that they really have helped me to "chill". I've been a caregiver to an aging parent for a while, so there's always some level of extra extra stress. These Ashwagandha gummies have really helped to keep me more calm and feel better overall. I will continue to use these!
I've had ashwagandha root powder before, so I wasn't expecting a great taste. The gummies are definitely earthy flavored and remind me a bit of licorice, but honestly, they don't taste as bad as I expected them to taste. On the other hand, my husband can't eat these at all so it definitely depends on your preferences and taste profile. I've been eating 1 a couple times a week.
