I look at these Veggie Caps as a great quality vitamin replacement. I almost never eat the kind of veggies I should eat and felt like I needed help. It makes me feel a lot better to know I am getting my veggies in even if it is in capsule form. They help keep me healthy and I don't seem to get sick as much in the winter when I take these. I was buying from another company but was unable to buy the fruit and vegetables separately. I now buy them from iHerb at a reasonable price and get the same benefits or better than the previous company. I am pleased with the results.
I was looking at veggies capsules for long time. I need it to provide more green veggies nutrition in case i didn't eat enough. Unluckily, Iherb didn't have so many choices for this except this product. So i gave it a try. I couldn't say it works significantly because i just used it for 3 days. But I do know that the green veggies are very important to our inside body part and skin (reduce pimples, reduce constipation, liver detox...). I hope iherb could have more veggies products in the future because defenitely we need it everyday and would purchase again.
For the cost you cannot beat these veggie capsules. Nature's Way delivers again with a quality supplement without breaking the bank. Plenty of others have larger amounts or more variety of the foods included but none that are worthwhile carry as much as these for the minimal price being charged. All ingredients used have known positive benefits unlike some of the others.
I have been taking these (with their fruit caps) for almost 30 days now. I am, definitely, feeling something very good and can only attribute it to taking these 2 things! I haven't had this much energy since my drug using days (40-50 years ago). lolI suggest you try it. It took a couple of days to feel them. However, after 2 days, I began to feel the positive effects of something. Taking this, and their fruits, had a very positive effect!! They were the only difference to my vitamin/supplement routine. And, I believe they are working and have purchase another bottle of both their veggies and their fruits. As long as it continues to work I will continue taking. Give them a try!!!
There are only a few vegetables that I like, and I don't eat them often. This excellent product gives me peace of mind that I am getting some of the superfoods that I need. A convenient way to get a variety of veggies in the ingredients included. This is a great quality product.
If you don't like vegetables or if you don't eat enough vegetables, this product will make up for your plant deficiencies. The product is based on ground vegetables in capsules that if you don't open them and just swallow them with water then you don't feel any taste. But there is a slight smell of vegetables to the product. The packaging is reasonable and enough for one person for a month.
I started to use it two months earlier and will see the results soonI look forward to get the good benefits of the veggies into my daily rottenthe mix is suitable for me and hopefully will help into improving my healthI like itI recommend it
