I have used this product over several years, and want to use the one I ordered, but it hasn't arrived and I have had to put in a complaint. Its whereabouts is now being investigated, but as for Gotu Kola, it helps so much with arthritic pain (any pain in the bones) and I am lost without it. It's one of those things you don't have to take for long periods of time. Once the pain stops which is usually after a short period of use, you don't have to keep taking the herb, but after a lengthy period - and especially with winter approaching, pain does tend to come back, but once again, after you use the tablets for a short while, the pain is gone again. They are marvelous.

This product doesn't give any sense of anxiousness which is the absolute beauty of it, because I'm already one of those people are up and adam' at the crack of dawn ready to work without coffee. With that being said, this product has helped me maintain consistent clarity. I'm diagnosed manic bi-polar as it is and I don't even take any other medications, as this has helped me tremendously to keep my routine disciplined and maintained. I took Nature's Way Gotu Kola as part of my exploration into herbal supplements that help combat depression. Because I take it in conjunction with other herbs for depression, I cannot definitively speak to its effectiveness as it pertains to my depression. What I can say is that my depression isn't so debilitating that I cannot get out of bed. And I highly recommend it in situations in which a person explores alternatives to a pharmacological approach. I would recommend trying Gotu Kola on its own to arrive at whether this herb is the one for you in helping alleviate your symptoms of depression. Nature's Way products are my go-to because of their high-quality ingredients and pricing on iHerb! Their products are vegan and verified non-GMO, which works for me!

I've used many brands of Gotu Kola and this one definitely works as intended. For me personally Gotu Kola has the effect of making my facial skin smoother and the pores smaller, but what I like it most for is the effect is has on my mental state, basically calming me down and making me less reactive or stressed. Recommended.
This was always the best Herb out there and Best Pricing but for Past Year at lease Puritan Pride has not had this in Stock but everyone else thst had it still has it, But Puritan Pride was the Best over the rest .
