Gotu Kola is otherwise known as Centella asiatica. I love that this is one of the few supplements that comes in a glass bottle. Gotu Kola is a great dream tonic, and that is my primary purpose for taking it. It does seem to increase the clarity and vividness of my dreams. Having said that it also has an impressive list of potential health benefits. Wound healing (collagen), cognitive enhancing (BDNF), anti-inflammatory (enhances il-1beta release from macrophages), ↑ mood, ↑ blood flow, calming, ↑ energy, anti-ulcer. Increases mental stamina, concentration and reduces anxiety. Its like an adaptogen for the brain.A recent study has also shown this herb to be a potent telomerase activator (anti-ageing). Great stuff!

If you are worn down, sore and ailing, give your body this gift.If you have absorption resistance, use a little DMSO with either product to absorb directly into the bloodstream whilst holding it in the mouth, under the tongue for a good 10-15 mins and then drink plenty of water. Gotu kola is a hidden little Gem. I can really recommend this product and its benefit for improving your diet supplementary needs in this package. Dont really have any concerns, I really like the composition of it and also the taste. The capsules are easy to swallow. Seems like legit ingredients of high quality. So you can also use it in a shake if you like that in the mornings for example. And did I mention the taste is pretty okay. Not too bad at all. So I would recommend this item if youre interested in more clarity and focus. Can maybe enhance your memory, I noticed something like that when I took it. Just a great plant!
