I bought this brand because I read that this particular type of magnesium is easier to absorb. I've had problems with absorbing supplements in the past and the article I read showed that it would be very beneficial to me to take Magnesium especially in the form that this brand uses. I hadn't realized that Magnesium came in different types.

I used it during my pregnancy as i used to have muscle twitches in the night as reconmended by my mid-wife. Got good relief from that. I have suggested it to my friends too. Very effective for muscle pains.

Blood test showed Magnesium low so started taking these. All blood tests since - perfect!

On your feet all day? Muscle cramps? I know I did. Thought a boost to my magnesium was the ticket..... Oh yeah! Got energy to burn now that its no longer an effort to keep moving due to sore and tired muscles. While I have tried other brands, the dosage on these Natures way tablets are right on the money. There is no aftertaste like some others, the tablet I find is a once in the morning trick and forget about it. No messy powder to worry about. Has it solved all my ailments? No, but it has solved this big one i hoped it would and I am thankful.
Well priced good value product, haven't really noticed a difference yet but its a long term product.The tablet size is quite large but they go down well.
Bought them for my husband and he says they are pretty good working well. Does take a bit to get into your system but they do work
Hello, if I forget to take magnesium tablets for a week or two I will experience cramps in hands, legs and feet. If that happens I take 3 tabs then back to 1 a day and am very satisfied with the result. As an aside, for your personal benefit, a cardiologist turned natural therapist, as many do, says EVERY HEART ATTACK IS A MAGNESIUM DEFICIENCY. Common sense says this could very well be the reason for the cramping of the heart. Good luck.
The quality of Nature's way products is diminishing, I have bought and used Magnesium 600mg for some time but the one I bought lately is not working and not helping with my sleep as it says on the bottle, when I checked the ingredients I noticed that they have reduced the amount of major ingredients in new products, i. e. 301mg of magnesium oxide instead of 500mg, the same with other ingredients, they are all reduced. That's why it's not working.
