I used it only two or three times then stop it as I notice it causes me some acne on my forehead which is big NO for me. I’m not sure of the benefits of this product but the packaging was good, price is reasonable. Pills has a light aftertaste.

I've taken Maca Root since I had surgical menopause. There are tons of brands out there that are more expensive, I've noticed, but Nature's Way 525mg is the best I've found. It helps me with night sweats, weight gain, energy loss. Maca Root has been a God-send for me.

I'm 67 and for the last 3 years I've FINALLY begun educating myself on nutrition & making all the healthy changes I can. I'd been amazed at my over all improved health, but still missed that "energetic" feeling I used to have. MACA is my NEW addition & WOW what a difference! I even "wake up" feeling energized & my energy level stays consistent through out the day. I think this is by far, the BEST thing I've ever done for my health. It's like turning back the clock at least 15 YEARS.

I think it ingredient is not purely black maca. Those who prefer black maca must buy other brand. Quality from Nuture's Way should be alright. No complain on packaging. The benefit of taking such maca is not always obvious if you want to increase energy in no time, it needs sometimes to take effect.
Excellent. I like. Take it if you want to try something new. the idea is wonderful. There are a lot of things you can tell, but it's better to try it yourself
