Chemist warehouse NEVER disappoints with both products and services!!! I travel 120km to get chemist warehouse as opposed to my local chemist.
These tablets are quite large and are a yellow powdery feel, I find them very hard to swallow and I have no trouble with tablets usually. The taste and texture makes me gag! I won't be bothering buying them again, i'll just stick to plain Magnesium tablets.
Far too big for me to swallow comfortably. Having to put in a glass of water most days to dissolve.
I found that with taking the Turmeric and Magnesium my knee joint pain was greatly reduced. I not been able to get this brand and changed to an alternative. The pain within a few weeks returned and remained! So I bought more of Nature’s Way
I have been taking these now for around 3yrs and I wouldn't be without it. It works great for my joints and muscles.
I started taking these tablets for severe night leg cramps. Have been relatively cramp free now for 3 years.
Just started taking this and is seems to be helping with ankle pain, and the occasional cramps
I have been taking these tablets 2 a day and I swear by them, I have noticed re duction of discomfort around days before rain and am enjoying not having to rely on pain killers most of each day, and im not getting cramps most of the time , meaning im having a very good nights sleep and recommend to my friends and work colleges to take them and will never hesitate to keep recommending and do regret it when I find I'm almost out of them. Happy to have started these and will continue to do so with no regret.
I bought this for the curcumin not the magnesium (the magnesium here is oxide, and is known to be difficult to absorb). The mag oxide is the only reason it does not get a 5 star. I felt a big difference in my joint stiffness in my hands, and I like it comes with pepper, which also helps it to be absorbed. Apparently eating with a fat or oil helps absorption, so I take it with my toast which has butter. I think it's worth trying.
