I ordered a wagon from Nature Hike on July 12th. It is now September 5th and I have still not received my wagon and my Shop app which tracks orders says the package has been in Shanghai since July 28th. This was the perfect design for the collapsable wagon I was looking for for my business…but sadly I don’t even know if it will ever arrive and it was not cheap. Customer service was not any help and said it’s a normal delay. The branding is nice but so far it feels like a scam.
