I'm taking off 1 star for the following reasons, but don't let that stop you from buying this, it's an amazing product! I'm hoping the manufacturer will see this review and make the changes.1. This Naturelo multivitamin is one of the good budget high quality men's multivitamin on the market, although Naturelo is an expensive brand since it's organic. The strength of this multivitamin is that it's organic, it includes lots of high quality ingredients like vitamins from natural super food and few super food extracts. The capsule size is fine and easy to swallow. Inconvenients are the lack of super food extracts (only 5 provided) and the high quantity of K2 vitamin.

I compared the regular Men’s multi and the Men’s 50+ and found there was very little difference.There’s a wee bit more of:Vitamin A (100mcg)Calcium (10mg)Vitamin D (3mcg)Vitamin E (.5 mg)Biotin (27mcg)Magnesium (10mg)They both have the same fruits and vegetables blend. I wish they had more of certain vitamins in them like B vitamins. But they are a decent multivitamin. I like that they have methyl-folate and natural vitamin E, and that you only need to take 1 capsule, which are the main reasons I purchase these.
