The gummy is a perfect texture, and the lemon raspberry flavor is to die for. I enjoyed taking these supplements daily. Serving size is 3 a day so it lasted me a full month. They are gluten free, vegan, yeast free, milk free, non-gmo, lactose free, soy free and no artificial flavors. So had no issue putting these magnesium gummies by Nature's Truth in my body. I needed a boost of magnesium and was tired of taking another pill/supplement therefore decided to try Nature's Truth Magnesium gummies and I'm so happy I did. The flavor is amazing, great taste, I tried the Lemon Raspberry and it is a great combination, it is almost like eating candy however in a good way because you are getting magnesium. I had no allergic reactions, no stomachaches. The gummies are also vegan and non GMO. The dosage is 3 gummies therefore the bottle is good for a one month supply which I do not mind. Truly content and I highly recommend Nature's Truth Magnesium gummies, you will not be disappointed.

The Nature's Truth 200mg Magnesium Gummies are a quick and easy way of getting your daily source of magnesium. These gummies are a pleasant tasting lemon raspberry flavor. They are vegan. They are gluten, milk, lactose, soy, artificial flavor, artificial sweetener and wheat free. These offer a great way of getting the necessary nutrient without getting a bunch of added-in junk. I call that a win!
I tried Nature's Truth 200 MG magnesium were delicious for a vitamin/supplement gummy. I liked the texture of them too. They weren't too gooey or sticky. I have heard alot of talk about magnesium being great and healthy so giving Nature's Truth magnesium gummies was great way to try it out.
Honestly, these magnesium gummies are not my favorite. The texture is way too soft and I feel like they get stuck in my teeth every single time I take them. The taste is fine, but overall I'm not sure if they are doing anything. I'm going to continue to look for an alternative magnesium gummy since these give me too much trouble.
My husband and I both tried these gummies and we were really happy with them. The raspberry lemonade flavor was delicious and they did not taste synthetic at all. The gummy texture was a little sticky but that is because it is made with more natural ingredients. We are big fans of magnesium and like that the formula was high absorption as well. It says to take these with a meal but I did take them without eating a few times and did not notice any side effects or nausea.
These magnesium supplements are working very well into my routine. The gummies are easy to chew, they do not stick to my teeth which I really appreciate. I like how they also include lemon balm and you can taste that subtle flavor. I will say, they are very tart, almost like a sour candy. I don't dislike that, just wasn't expecting them to be so sour compared to other gummy supplements I have tried. Overall, I like them! They are easy to use and good quality.
The quality is good and they really taste like candy. The size of the packages is quite big for 60 gummies. This kind of magnesium is great for people that have problems eating normal pills. As for the benefits, I could not recognize any. However time will tell, so I will keep eating those.
I've been interested in getting Magnesium supplements in gummy for for awhile, so I was excited when I saw these. I like that they are vegan, however they don't taste that great. They are very sour and the after taste is a little bitter. There's also 4g of added sugar, which I feel is a lot for a gummy. But if you don't like taking vitamins in pill shape, these would be great for you.
