I have yet to notice a significant change in inflammation in my body since beginning taking this two weeks ago. With that being said, my skin hasn't been as dry as it had been prior to regular consumption of fish oil capsules. I starting taking this supplement after my doctor recommended it for general preventative measures. I believe I am satisfied with this product, as it doesn't smell bad and the large pills are okay for me to swallow.

I dislike the fact that this product appears to have been a twin pack and was ripped apart to sell one bottle for $17.99. Shame on you!

Was looking for a good fish oil that I could actually swallow! Most are too big for me. This one is great I can swallow it, no trouble. Plus I like the quality of this product and no fishy taste.

This is a great product which seems to be effective. They are smaller than many for this amount of fish oil. No burping at all. Enjoy.

Okay, so needing to take more Omega 3/Fish Oils as doctor says, I searched for a small size pill which also will not stink up my throat and face all the live long day (and night). Lemon flavor is pretty much undetectable and can't smell it either. The Lemon stops the burps.Capsule pill is small enough compared to the bigger ones on the market.
These softgels are a great size. The subtle touch of lemon is a nice destraction from the taste of fish. Great quality and would buy them again.
These are very small compared to other brands. Very easy to swallow. And no aftertaste Quality seems to be good . Hoping this will help lower cholesterol levels, will update after labs are done.
I've only been taking it for several weeks but I'm happy with it if only for the fact that it is more easily swallowed than some of the other massive supplements on the market. Also I haven't had any trouble with fish burps or upset stomach. It was recommended that I take a fish oil supplement to help with my chronic dry eyes and I have seen an improvement.
