I'm in Japan for a year and I couldn't find any good supplements. Sure, they have pills but I hate having to swallow something so big and it's no fun. Gummies are fun. And tasty! I've tried many different multivitamins but for some reason Alive! seems to really affect my performance mentally and physically. I've used Alive! Since my university days in 2013, sometimes going times without it. I don't know if it's a placebo, but I really do feel better when I use it! I absolutely HATE getting up in the mornings but when I start chewing on these gummies, I feel like I can do anything.I'd be interested if anyone found something better. I really like using this product and I recommend it.

Recently I've noticed, that no matter where I shop, the contents are all stuck together in a huge ball that cannot come out of the bottle without damaging the product.I've had them sent from Amazon. I've purchased at Safeway, Fred Meyers/ Kroger, etc.I end up having to test it Shane ask the bottles on the rack at the store, trying to find the least stick together product.It's concerning, because I don't want to have to try a different product. I've even had to throw away a large bottle purchased through Amazon (local stores so bit carry the large bottles for men, only for women) because the safety seal was broken when I open the cap. Believe it or not but after 36 years of living this is my first time taking a Multi Vitamin and I am glad I was able to start now. This Natures Way Alive has plenty of fruits an veggies within the mixture. From Blueberries, oranges, carrots, pears and grapes this blend of Vitamins is terrific. This will become part of my morning routine and given that the bottle comes with 130 gummies this will last you approximately two months of usage. There have been a few days I took an extra two gummies at night prior to bed because these are so darn good. Im not an expert at Gelatin but I heard it's not good for the body, but these are made with pectin which gives it the chewy texture. Every man should have these in their homes. I will never purchase another vitamin brand ever again I have multiple medical issues that rib me of a good quality of life I have had other brands of vitamin and never had the effect I get when I take this one a day.
