I have been using this product for about 6 months. There have been lapses where I took another product because I couldn't get them. However, they keep me UTI free with no side effects.

Only gummy product I could find with D-mannose, which has been helpful in controlling UTI’s in an elderly relative. Gummies are easier when you already have a lot of pills to take.
CranRx gummies were recommended to us, as we cared for a family member who was hospitalized. We continued supplementing with these, when she moved to a rehab hospital. The taste is really good, especially if you like cranberry juice, if you don’t, you’re not gonna like these. But they also are very effective for any painful urination problems.
