Just like any other vitamin for adults, they are very large and hard to swallow. This brand had a very nasty after-taste to them and would sometimes make me very nauseous. Very pricey for just a vitamin, so I switched to something better tasting and decently priced

This vitamin works well for me. It is well absorbed and seems to be doing what it should be doing. Does not upset my stomach at all. I don't need a prenatal vitamin. The product simply had what I felt was necessary and I do recommend it.

The quality of this brand has always been good. I always buy this brand's products. When pregnant our body works so much that it need extra vitamins in order to give us enough energy. taking prenatal vitamins daily help feel better and less tired. Because there is vitamin c in the ingredients it will help boost our immune system as well. as for the size and the taste of the supplement it is not very bitter and big which is normal for a multivitamin. the package of the supplement is nice because it is not opened easily. you can continue yaking this supllement even after the delivery when nursing.

I have taken the 'highly recommended" Rainbow Light Once a Day Prenatal because of its feedback, however, it gave me the worst bloating and constipation even before I was actually pregnant.Then came, Nature's Way Prenatal that promises to be "gentle on the stomach"...it was just what I needed. I am happy to say, after a month of taking it, it does what it promise! NO bloating, NO constipation, NO gas!It's not a complete prenatal though, as one still needs to take Omega 3 (minimum 450 mg of DHA), Calcium with Magnesium and Vitamin D (minimum of 1500 mg). I still give it 5 stars because I can target additional supplement that I want.I like that the Vitamin A is also in beta carotene form which is very safe to both me and my baby.Repurchasing! :)
I'm currently in my second trimester and got these because I was hardly able to eat during the first trimester due to morning sickness and was afraid my baby wasn't getting enough nutrition.I take these either after lunch or dinner because I'm still a bit nauseous in the morning and found that if I eat and try to take these, I get sick. The smell is a little strong, so I hold my nose while I take them. I only take 2 tablets a day as I can eat a bit more now and I think 2 tablets is really all you need. :)
The only multivitamin I've found that I can take with Interstitial Cystitis. The buffered C has been a lifesaver. I'm thrilled with this product.
I liked price and quality vs size and all ingredients are enough for what I needed. Also I didn’t get any acid reflex with these.
