NeilMed NasaMist Saline Spray All-in-one

First, I have tiny sinuses. Second, when possible, I prefer natural healing over medication. Our house gets so dry during winter that my sinuses bleed. Anytime there's the tiniest break in the nasal tissue, there's opportunity for bacteria to enter. I've had countless sinus infections. I've been using this brand for a few weeks and it helps! This product comes with two tips. One Ultra Gentle Mist Tip and one Large Volume Low Pressure Nasal Rinse Tip. I think the Large Volume tip is similar to irrigation with a Netty pot. I've only needed used the Gentle tip which sprays a fine mist. I use it in the morning to moisturize and help clear my nasal passages. If I feel blocked again during the day I use it again. I think it's quite expensive for 6 ounces of saline (from $7.50 to over $30 should you wish to support those profiteering from our country's horrible COVID crisis). Bottom line, I was able to avoid antibiotics and resolve my sinus problems before yet another sinus infection. Thumbs up, removed one star due to cost.

#nighteroutine… love to keep my sinuses clear…. If I have too much mucus during the day this is a must right after the shower works miracles. When I am doing a lot of coughing at night and my sleep is interrupted, I will take a hot shower use this on both nasals turn on a humidifier and see me in the morning!

My ENT doctor asked me to switch to another saline rinse bottle, but out of the three that I have used, this one is my favorite. The tip designed for ages 5 and up (displayed on the bottle in the picture) fit perfectly and snugly in my nostrils and allowed the water to pass through as easily as it could. If you're going to soft self-waterboard yourself, this is the most comfortable way to do it, in my opinion.

Been using this product for years now

It's a great product and does a great job. Unfortunately I received a dud canister. It's still full but has no discharge. Buying online makes it difficult to return.But will continue to buy the product.

Effective and especially handy for travel

I’ve used the NeilMed nasal irrigation bottle with the saline packets for years. It’s a pain to mess with mixing the water and packets especially when traveling. This NeilMed All-in-One spray is easy to use, effective and completely contained in the can. So handy. I always use the large volume nozzle, and it has enough force to flow out the other nostril like the bottle (or traditional Neto pot). The other tips produce a mist or spray.

Functions like a netipot without the hassle

I use this to help with my reoccurring sinus infections. I don't always have time to use a netipot. I like that this has a forceful stream and not just a misting function.

Not thrilled

I have to preface this review by admitting that this is the first time I ever used a " Netti pot." With that being said, I didn't love this product. It is easy to use but I feel like the stream isn't strong enough and a lot of the solution leaked out. I followed the directions on box so I don't think I was doing it wrong. Anyway, next time I'll buy a real netti pot.

Quite effective

I felt this was quite expensive and it's not something I would use quite liberally. As I do have a proper nasal rinse from Neilmed and a humidifier I've really only been using this as a nasal spray for nasal dryness. I think it is quite a useful thing to have for that but whether I would use it for a full sinus infection I don't know.

if you need this product, it's great.

works great, hubby uses it to keep his nasal passages clear and snore-free. it's not a cure-all, but it definitely helps.

indispensable travel item

When I'm away from home (staying in hotels, etc.), and I just can't deal with the hassle of mixing NeilMed sinus rinse packets in a NeilMed bottle of purified water for sinus irrigations [a daily necessity for someone with my terrible nasal allergies, recurrent sinus issues and a deviated septum], NeilMed NasalMist All in One Saline Spray is the only acceptable substitute. I have tried several other canned saline sprays, but they just don't make the grade. I still prefer the bottle-mixed solution at home, but, for me, this is an indispensable travel item. (Having an assortment of nozzles is a great bonus.)
