I have purchased 4 of these sleeping pads (regular wide) because it is so incredibly comfortable and keeps me warm in the winter. Unfortunately, ALL 4 of them have FAILED. After just a few nights on trail, they begin to deflate for no reason. I take very good car of my gear and always make sure the area I put my pad on is free of debris and most of the time, I put the pad on top of a foam cell pad and somehow each one I have purchased begins to deflate after a few nights of use. Most of the leaks have been extremely slow and I have been able to get a few hours of sleep before having to blow them up again. The pad is very warm and comfortable but pretty soon, after just a few nights sleeping on it, it will begin to deflate very slowly. I have put the pads in a tub with water trying to find the leak and have been unsuccessful in finding the leak to try to patch it, which makes me wonder if the valve is defective? The result is that I purchased a new pad (hence the 4 purchases). At this point, I am done and have purchased a pad from a different company. I am disappointed that this pad doesn't hold air.

Used this sleeping pad on a motorcycle camping trip to Washington in June. It was compact and light enough to pack easily. It inflated completely within 3-4 uses of the inflatable bag, it stayed inflated for 4 days without having to re-inflate each night, on one night the temp got down to 42 degrees. Along with my 20 degree sleeping bag prevented my back from getting cold. When I was done, it deflated and packed away quickly. Looking forward to using it again on a trip to South Dakota. Originally ordered a Tensor Alpine but there wasn't any in stock. ***** happens! Ozbackcountry communicated that to me quickly and suggested the Tensor Ultralight 2022 model as it has an increased R rating from the 2021 version. I had some concerns and john was good enough to contact me directly (much appreciated John) and long story short, he express posted the mat and I had it in time to take camping last weekend at Mt Arapiles. It was comfy and I didn't get cold as was the problem with my 3.2 rated mat. It did only get down to around 5° C though so not a great test but......! Love the size and weight of this piece of kit. Happy days☺
