š„°My first opinion with this product was the taste - Very good taste, Gud smell and mildly sour, easyto use. If want You can mix 1 tbs into coffee/ wate or any drink. It does not affect the taste of the drink. š„°What changes have I experienced: My hair is definitely growing quicker than before, but not incredibly speedy - so don't set yourself up for that expectation. My hair and nails are definitely stronger. š„°My skin noticed a glow, not over-oily etc. Also, I just overall feel better. š„°The price is better than other brand but good quality .

I started taking this mainly to improve my nails. I had been getting gel manicures for a few months and my nails were in poor shape as a result. My nails are slowly improving however the bonus was the effect on my skin! I noticed that the skin on my face felt unbelievably soft. I didnāt say anything when I visited my aesthetician for my monthly facial. I like this collagen so much. It gives you a glowy skin and thats why I purchased it but i feel like my joints improved but idk if its just placebo lol, the only issue is the lid sometimes its so hard to open cuz ig theres like a suction thing. And you canāt really use much force cuz the bottle is glass once it got so stuck i was scared iāll breake it so i think they should fix that. A lot of other reviewers also faced the same issue.

I love this product! Itās truly made such a difference..my nails are normally very short, break/flake easily but after using this collagen liquid consistently my nails are stronger and longer than theyāve ever been! I havenāt broken a nail in weeks, I canāt really speak on the hair improvement as I think this would take longer use to tell. My skin is also looking more clear and radiant (though iām unsure if I can say this product is the sole reason for that). Iām not the biggest fan of the flavour and consistency but considering the results iāve seen iāll definitely continue using this! already on my second bottleš
