I had pretty much given up hope on having good skin with the ability to wear minimal makeup until I found NeoStrata's Restore Bionic Face Cream. This cream, along with NeoStrata's PHA facial cleanser have helped improve the texture of my skin, minimize breakouts, and reduce the appearance of my rosacea with no irritation. I normally react to resurfacing products with redness and flaking- I have not had this at all with the product. On the opposite end, products labeled gentle, and good for sensitive skin would leave me with skin buildup, dullness, and breakouts. NeoStrata has found the perfect balance of gentle and resurfacing for those of us with super sensitive, problem prone skin.

I have used NeoStrata's Bionic for years and it is my all time favorite nighttime moisturizer. I am honestly afraid to try anything else at night because this stuff is so perfect! For first time users -- it is emollient and comes out looking a bit like Vaseline, but it is NOT like that! It is perfect when applied to slightly damp skin, at night. It takes a bit of time to absorb, but honestly, this is the best for my skin. I love it so much.

I did my research and could only find good reviews on this moisturizer, so I decided to try it. I’m an active and outdoorsy 42F and live in the tropics, so my skin needs a little extra lubrication. This scentless lotion is perfect! My skin barrier is so healthy too. If you want a straightforward solid face lotion, this is it!

There are a number of good moisturizers available these days and I've tried many of them - this is my current favorite and I'm on my fourth tube. I really like the texture - it's emollient without being greasy and, importantly, it's non-comedogenic. I'm 70 and my skin is dry, but I can still get breakouts with rich moisturizers formulated for aging skin. This moisturizer doesn't sit on top of the skin, but absorbs very well and just leaves my skin soft. Because it absorbs so well, I initially thought it was rather light, but I've come to think otherwise. I like that it's in a tube and my only complaint is that it's pretty expensive.
I was recommended this by my Derm as an adjunct to my morning routine to help with evening my skin, esp pores. I use a prescription retinoid at night and this has in fact upped its effects. I've been using it for a couple of weeks and have noticed a difference in the smoothness of my skin and pore size for sure. I'm shocked, finally something works! I removed one star only because of the price. It's very expensive esp for the amount you get. It's really small. Even though you only need a very small amount, it spreads nicely, it is still pricey. I am searching still for something with a similar ingredient deck at a lower cost, but will repurchase this until then because it is working beautifully for me. The cream feels nice while being applied. I have somewhat sensitive skin although I use BHA and retinol products without problems. I thought the gentle exfoliants in this cream would be tolerated by my skin but the cream caused some irritation and redness for me. I tried easing into using it as I had with retinol but irritation continued. I am not using it on my face but it is great for my hands at bedtime. My hands look smoother and fine wrinkles are gone, plus they feel moisturized in the morning.
I have been using the Neostrata restore range for a few days now and I can already see a huge improvement to my skin tone and texture. I am no longer experiencing as many breakouts. My skin is quite sensitive, especially to new products; however, I haven't had any problems tranferring to the restore range. The bionic face cream has become a god-send. It applies so smoothly and easily to my skin, and doesn't begin to peel when I add other products underneath/on top of the moisturiser. My makeup sits on top of the cream really well and this acts as a great barrier between my pores and makeup.

I go to my derm every few months for a microderm and recently had a few dark spots lasered away. After this procedure my skin was much more sensitive than normal. I tried this cream on it and WOW. My sensitivity disappeared. I kept using it for a few days and was very pleased with the result. My skin was bright (bear in mind I just had a microderm) and clear. I was disappointed at how small the product was. I overlooked that it is 1.4oz, the size of a travel shampoo! Regardless, I am very pleased with the product so far. The texture is unique, it feels almost like petroleum jelly at first, and then it melts down into a smooth spreadable satin lotion. I think this is due to the silicones in there. My skin has been very sensitive since I started using retinol and I have hormonal acne. Most lotions break me out, even crave, and I have to be very choosy with my products.
