The first time I used it I felt my skin more sensitive throughout the next 24 to 48 hrs. I also made th emistake of cleansing with it morning and night, don't do that. Do once a day and I would even do it every couple of days. I would recommend you start once or twice a week and see how your skin goes. Thats been working wonders for me. It's so good though. It left my skin looking like glass, very glowy, got rid of all the dead skin. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I used it as my 2nd cleanse, as I usually have waterproof makeup on, so I have a micellar water for taking off my makeup. I liked that this wasn’t too foamy/frothy, but still suds up a bit. A little goes a long way, and this container is HUGE! I did like that it didn’t strip my face of moisture, while still gently exfoliating my skin (I have combo skin, so I do struggle with some acne and then other areas with dry spots). I only tried it once to try and also take off makeup (it was ok), but I do think it’s great for when I need a 2nd cleanse, and helps my skin retain some of the moisture it needs. Overall it’s good!

This cleanser is a little different. The texture is like jelly on your face. It felt weird to use at first but after a few tries I started to like the way it made my skin feel. Super soft after washing with this gel. I have Rosacea, so it is scary to try a new face wash. I started with twice a week, and when I had no bad reaction I started using every other day. I can say I have less acne after about 8 weeks of use. I haven’t had any dry patches that I normally get in December from the dry, cold air. I appreciate there is no fragrance, but the scent is a little like glue- but that won’t stop me from continuing to use this product. I like it!

Incentivized. I received this product for free from Influenster and Neostrata in return for my honest review. I was surprised how quickly this product worked and I felt like I saw some results after 1 use and continued to see results. My skin tone was more even, hyperpigmentation/age spots/freckles were less noticeable. The texture of my skin was much softer and smoother but it did not irritate the small patches of eczema on my face or make them turn red. I felt like the product made my skin look less droopy and helped "plump" so my skin looked younger. I think PHA (Polyhydroxy acid) might be a new favorite ingredient.

Just enough to show some whiteish streaks while massaging over my skin. The PHA exfoliant in this is probably the reason I’ll continue using morning and night. I would recommend the wash to a friend because I feel my skincare that follows is better tolerated, and able to penetrate and work really well. I would actually purchase this product.

While I loved the packaging and the beautiful bottle I wasn’t impressed by the formula. Would be good to make a cleanser safe around the eyes especially if promoting it as a make up remover also. Once again similar feeling from the other products in their range bit tingly/cold but was too much and bothered me. Skin felt irritated even after removal and a decent rinse. Everyone’s skins different so would highly recommend a patch test like with any new skin product. Such a shame as I really wanted to love it. Unfortunately this brand just isn’t for me.

Reason being is bc I have acne prone oily skin after a few days use a bump appeared then a few days later a couple more before the end of the 2 week trial which put me in a kawinkydink lol. They weren’t purge bumps nor anything like that from the cleanser it’s just that my skin Requires certain ingredients in order to stay acne free. Speaking of the ingredients in here are top notch Great Job NeoStrata! Of course I thought I could use it in conjunction w/ My usual regimen.. Nope! My skin kinda flaked, maybe a little too much exfoliating going on. Loved the jelly like texture which was different as it doesn’t sud up @ all bt my skin felt very clean super soft for a long time after use..

I started using Neostrata on Friday because my old routine just wasn't cutting it. My skin was constantly dry, nothing was being absorbed and I was tired of wasting my time and money. Mu skin feels amazing right after washing with this cleanser! It has no scent so I'm not sure why some reviews mention that they wish it smelled better. It's nice and light and very refreshing. I've been using it every other day to let my skin adjust, and I'm looking forward to seeing what my skin looks like with more frequent and regular use. So far it feels much nicer than it has in a long time.
