The great thing I love about this machine is that it is very compact and small. Great for people who dont have much bench space in their kitchen. it looks minimalistic. The performance of this machine is great. i have had mine for 5 years now and still running as good as it was new. Love that now you can buy nespresso compatible pods from the supermarket now. I also occasionally purchase the nespresso pods from the website. It is not very noisy and not all messy and very easy to use.

This little machine has been running like a dream We had a pixie before this machine but it finally succumbed to old age. Honestly, this machine isnt that different coffeewise, but there are so many quality of life improvements. The extra height of the machine allows for us to put our keep cups under without having to carefully balance a cup on an angle. The two shelves make different cups sizes a non issue no more spills. The larger water tank is a godsend for a lazy man like me too. Overall really happy with the purchase, well worth every cent

I would have loved one of the very expensive machines although I cant justify the price. Im now able to welcome any visitors with a perfectly made Kate style coffee, or sit back and relax before my family wake enjoying my morning coffee. I also use the Milk Frother to warm my Daintree Chai Tea before straining and adding a little honey for the perfect chai. Im extremely happy with my purchase and recommend the Nespresso Citiz and Milk Capsule Machine. My motherinlaw is a huge coffee drinker and she gave me the tick of approval with her first coffee along with the other 10 ladies that camped at our place. I love that there are so many choice of coffee. I have recently purchased the World Explorations pack and am enjoying the flavours so far. My fave to date would have to be Cocoa Truffle, Indonesia, Columbia, Paris and the new Limited Edition Miami.

I have the lattissma. It has been back for repair twice under warranty Nespresso refused to replace it with a new one the second time. Very disappointed in this product and Nespresso. They did say I would get free coffee with repaired machine but that didn’t happen either I now wonder how long before it stops working again. I would avoid buying this product from my experience

Received our Nespresso as a wedding gift five years ago and we still love it. Its small footprint is so great for us. This thing makes the most amazing tasting coffee and it’s so easy to use. Right out of the box, you know exactly what you’re doing which had not been our experience with our previous espresso maker - they can be so complicated! I wouldn’t call this machine quiet, especially if you’re frothing milk, but it’s so quick that the noise level doesn’t really matter.

This Nespresso is a beautiful machine and absolutely gorgeous on my countertop. I only gave it four stars instead of five, because I wish it would make mugs of coffee as well. However, it froths the milk so nicely and I look forward to my morning lattes now. Easy to clean, super durable and great espresso pod options from Nespresso!

After all, a good coffee machine costs tens of thousands of dollars, yet you don't know how much use you'll get out of it? Or if you love the coffee that comes out of that machine? Many people say that capsule coffee is expensive, and I've even seen people grinding their own coffee beans and putting them in old capsules? I think that's cheap enough, or at least way cheaper than having a cup of coffee outside. Personally, I don't think this coffee maker has any drawbacks, the taste and temperature is just right, but the milk frother needs to be cleaned manually after each use, so it's a bit of a hassle. (Because of the lack of cleaning, fresh milk residue can make the quality of this machine easily go bad.)

Price demands better/ more functions and ease.

Then milk foamer compartment is a pain to clean and the over simplification of buttons doesn’t make things easier. The different combinations of of pressing the 3 buttons to do things like clean, turn on etc is not an ideal scenario for a product in this price range and unfortunately you cannot return once used to we would have returned this machine. Additionally, there is no self clean so you are manually cleaning out the milk foaming compartments every time you use it.

We love our Latissimo One machine

I really enjoy making daily cappuccinos in this Nespresso Lattissima One machine. It runs like a dream. I noted from the directions the importance of keeping parts clean and I don’t find this a hassle. I always run hot water in the sink whilst making coffees then quickly drop all the parts in water for a quick soak and rinse, then go and enjoy my coffee. Froths enough milk for one mug, then I just add more milk for another mug and can keep making more coffees if friends are around - it’s all very easy and convenient. Would certainly recommend this Lattissima One machine.
