Neutrogena Hydro Boost Hand Gel Cream, 75 ml

I tried this product when I purchased the Neutrogena Winter Hydration set. It is such a great product for dry skin. I already had dry skin and this was especially true with the constant use of hand sanitizer in the last couple of years. This product made my hands feel super moisturized without the need to reapply. It feels lightweight and doesn’t really have a scent. Other lotions advertised as hand repair creams tend to be quite thick and with a medicinal scent to them without making much of a difference. This is a great hand cream for the winter or anytime of the year if you have dry hands.

I normally dread using hand cream because I hate the greasy feeling it leaves behind, so I typically hardly ever use it even though I really need it. But this product changed that! The gel texture absorbs so well, it’s like nothing I’ve ever tried before. No greasy feeling here! You get a lot of product for an affordable price. This totally saves my hands in the winter.

I'm going to start off by saying I HATE hand cream. I need it desperately but can't stand the feeling. I also work on a computer all day and don't want to touch it with greasy hands. I found this gem at CVS and bought it because it was a gel cream. It's awesome! It feels completely like a gel. It's so different from anything else I've ever tried. It absorbs almost instantly, has the lightest fragrance and actually moisturizes my hands. I can shuffle papers right after application. It's everything I was hoping it would be and more.

I like the idea of this product. Before, I had been using a gel face cream because most hand creams/lotions are so oily/greasy and I obviously need to use my hands for things andnot have them be a mess. So I picked this up because it seemed like it would fit my needs. The fragrance is SO strong and it made my hands sting. For reference, I have eczema in the cold winter months and it's just like the skin there is suoer thin and my hands split open at the wrinkles in my knuckles (I know sounds gross). Sometimes they bleed but sometimes they are just dry and don't bleed, in which case I thought something like this would be perfect. Wrong. Only use if you have normal hands maybe....

Gel cream heals my cracked fingertips/apply b4 bed

I love all of the Neutrogena gel cream products. I can't tolerate strong fragrances. They make my eyes as well as sneezing. This hand gel has a pleasant, fresh fragrance that doesn't make me have those symptoms. I do smell it. Especially when I apply it for bedtime. (The very best way to use this gel cream is before bed because it does wash off as soon as it gets wet). My fingertips are splitting and ragged. This gel cream really does make a difference. I have used many different brands as well as almond oil etc. I do a lot of vegetable and fruit prep. I find gloves cumbersome. I recommend this hand cream gel. I'd like to try the original hand cream Neutrogena puts out. I might find that it has more staying power during the day.

Good everyday hand moisturizer

I've repurchased this many times over the last couple years and really like how it moisturizes and feels on my hands. It's lightweight but doesn't just disappear. Although I will say it might not be ideal if you're hands are worked hard and need some deep moisture, or if you live in a very dry climate. This is just a good everyday hand cream for the average person. And I'd actually say this would be perfect for me if it were fragrance-free or at least if the fragrance wasn't so strong!!! And also if the fragrance were slightly different. It reminds me a bit of a cleansing product for a baby. Or maybe a car air freshener of some kind? I think I got used to the smell over time so it stopped bothering me. The GOAT hand moisturizer

This has been my GO TO hand lotion for the past 2 years. I have eczema and work in healthcare and all the alcohol foam tears up my skin. This feels so nourishing but not at all thick and doesn’t leave a film besides a nice feeling of moisture. I keep one in every room of my house and in every bag I own! I feel like I’ve tried all the other highly recommended hand lotions - Norwegian formula, working hands, etc, and I don’t think anything compares.

Wonderful, Affordable Hand Cream

I absolutely love this hand cream! I apply hand cream every night before I go to bed and have used many different brands, whatever is affordable and available. I picked this up on a whim because of the positive reviews on Neutrogena's other Hydro Boost products, and I have loved it. It absorbs relatively quickly, within a minute or so, and leaves my hands feeling soft but not greasy. I always wake up the next morning with moisturized hands!

You saved my skin.

I suffered from a strange skin affliction of severe dry, cracked chaffing skin on only my right hand's fingertips to just below their first lines and on my whole thumb and into the palm area of the lifeline for over 8 years. It never itched but it was painful, cramped, and embarrassing. I went to 3 different dermatologists and got blanket diagnoses like dermatitis and misdiagnoses such as psoriasis and eczema. As for the people who posted about smell - it seems to me that it is simply a nose sensitivity thing - I find the smell very mild, my husband couldn't smell it at all and a friend of ours found the smell irritating.
