I have sensitive skin, other brands have caused rashes and irritation. The pricing is significantly cheaper than other brands as well. I’ve tried various other brand patches over the years with the full intent of giving up smoking, after trying the nicotinell I found this brand to have the best staying on power. The strength not as effective though. Normally I’d start with a step 2 and proceed a few weeks longer before going down to step 1. I started with The 21mg as I really wanted to kick start my giving up smoking & the cravings, after persevering 8 weeks into it. I was still craving a cigarette which should’ve curbed by week 3

I haven't smoked or vaped in 3 months now. The patches adhere all day, and haven't given me any rashes or I'll feelings. If you are thinking of quiting, I'd advice buying patches and a packet of nicotine gum - and use both interchangeably as required. That way you have cravings of nicotine and mouth habit covered. Also, you can cut the 24mg patches in half as you ween down on the patches. Best of luck!
