Nikwax Tech Wash (1 Litre)

Nikwax Tech Wash is suitable for washing all membrane and softshell clothing and gear. It gently cleans and enhances the fabric’s water repellency and breathability. A 1000 ml package is enough to wash 6–9 jackets or pairs of pants. The manufacturer especially recommends Tech Wash for Gore-Tex, SympaTex, Permatex, and eVent. Excellent also for DrymaxX products! The tiny pores in membrane clothing, which make the membrane breathable, gradually clog over time due to skin secretions and other dirt. Washing restores the material’s properties. Most regular detergents are unnecessarily harsh for shell garments, whose technical fibers do not absorb dirt the same way as cotton fabrics. Tech Wash is gentle yet more than effective enough.
