Ninja Black Mega Kitchen System Blender

I've been using the Ninja BL770 Mega Kitchen System for years, and it's a powerhouse in the kitchen. From smoothies to dough, it handles everything effortlessly. Sometimes I just blend random things in the house together with ice for a drink. The motor is robust, blending and processing quickly. Solid build quality, and cleanup is a breeze. Its versatility makes it my go-to appliance for most kitchen tasks. Definitely a time saver. 8/10 recommend.

I used to use a Cuisinart Blender but accidentally dropped it and it stopped working. I was looking for something that could make 2L smoothies quickly and powerfully. After searching for a long time, I decided to choose the Ninja Food Processor. The machine has very sharp blades with a larger capacity than my old blender, so it is very convenient. Not only does it make smoothies, I also use the machine to grind meat or occasionally grind oatmeal because the machine has sharp blades specifically for food processors. The only downside is that because I have a small child, the machine is noisy so I also limit using it early in the morning, but that is not a problem for me. With this 2 horsepower machine, it is really worth buying, worth investing in your own kitchen.

I have used a Ninja blender for over 12 years now and have been fairly satisfied with it. I needed to buy a new one, and decided to step up and go with the Professional Mega Kitchen System. (Of course, it was on sale, plus I had rewards dollars to use, so that made it even more attractive!) It's amazing how much difference the 1500 watts makes! Today I was making a dessert and needed to crumble pecan shortbread cookies. I put them in the food processor and literally three short pulses and they were perfectly crumbled! Can't wait to make my first smoothie to see how it crushes the ice! I'm definitely pleased with this purchase and would recommend it.

I recently moved. I had movers that stole just about everything! AJ moving in Lou KY (avoid them at all cost) they wanted this apparently, so I’m having to buy this again! I’m having to buy an electric can opener as well from Macy’s. Just ordered that! of course everything I’m buy comes from Macys. I am their number one contributor and I always said if I ever move, I have to live within 5 miles of Macys. Whatever you need Kitchen cookware & small appliances, clothing, & cosmetics you can’t beat their deals. I actually got this for $99 on a limited time sale and thank God because I think the first time I paid about 199. Thank you Macys and ninja products rock!

[Rewarded Review] Good idea but Unreliable - Awful customer service

I was excited to consolidate 3 appliances with this one. The blender part is good but the unit will not work with the single serve cups. Won't turn on at all - like the sensors aren't working or something.We've talked to Ninja customer service who did a video call and told us it must be a worn cup (we'd used it maybe 4 times) and they would happily sell us another for $12 plus shipping. We got out the second cup (still new in the plastic) and tried it and the unit will still not work.Ninja support has been TERRIBLE. I'm sad the experience has been so awful as I used to be a real fan of Ninja, but I will certainly think twice about buying their things in the future.

I've only used the food processor and it seems to work really well. I appreciated the large, wide bowl and how quiet it was for a 1500 watt machine. I like to multiple blades--it made easy work of processing seafood for my seafood sausages and I liked that it also came with a small, individual cup for blending a single serving instead of having to use the large pitcher. I also liked that it only had 4 buttons--mix, blend, crush, and single serve. My old blender had 10 buttons which I thought was overkill.What I didn't like--all the nooks and crannies there were in the bowl and blades. Even after soaking for several hours and vigorous scrubbing with a sponge there were still bits stuck in the corners of the bowl and blade. My husband and I bought this as a replacement for several blenders we had that either were very old and a fire hazard, broken, or just didn't work well anymore because it was cheap to begin with. So we waited until November and purchased our first Ninja Blender set. I'll be honest, while it worked beautifully, we used it regularly (but not all the time or daily) for the first year. We have never left it plugged in when not in use (surge protection!) and it's always been easy to clean after we're through. The following year we had a lot going on and kind of... forgot about it. Then it was like rediscovering an old friend and now its got a permanent place on the countertop. Why? We use it EVERYDAY now. Sometimes multiple times per day. We use it mostly for making smoothies. Both my husband and I changed our diets and have committed to a lifestyle change and this blender set has made is SO EASY to accomplish. We use it for making smoothies, blending supplement powders, drinks... ect. Seconds of time and its done vs. any other blender I've owned previously or stirring by hand. This unit has honestly made us spoilt when it comes to keeping up with nutrition. Its not a chore nor does it feel like one. We've owned ours now for almost 5 years and have been using it for a little over 4 of the 5 that we've had it. We just don't keep it plugged in because electrical surges can kill your appliances so easy even with surge protectors. The blades are just as sharp now as when we first got it. I love my ninja blender. Love it so much that I am actually looking into other pieces I can get to compliment what I already have including 32oz blender cups with lids. I wont go back to using any other kind of blender after having used this one. When the day comes when it dies? I'll try and have it repaired and if and when that no longer works then I will buy another of the same model. So easy to use. Simple. Clean. I love it.

I had high hopes for this. You always hear good things about Ninja products. But truthfully, I don't like this blender. I'm coming from a house where I shared an off-brand blender with 3 roommates. Now I'm wishing I knew what brand that one was so I could buy it instead because it worked great. This blender just really doesn't blend well. I put in frozen fruits and no matter how many times I blend it or on what setting, it comes out with chunks. I add more liquid thinking maybe that'll help -- now it's soupy with chunks. And this is the case with both the blender attachment and the food processor attachment. I've been trying with this thing since November, and it's just a no-go.

[Rewarded Review] Upgraded from an old Cuisinart blender

Upgraded from an old Cuisinart Blender with the blades only at the bottom. This blender is amazing!!! I was looking for something to make essentially 2L worth of smoothie in a more timely fashion. It has very sharp blades throughout the mixing element with a larger capacity than my previous blender. I have made smoothies and used the food processor to blend dough multiple times using the dough blade (it also comes with a sharp blade element for the food processor). You can blend directly from the included cups and change to a to go lid in a flash but the capacity is only 16oz. The only down side, it is loud but that is due to the fact that is has 2 horsepower. Highly recommend, best kitchen purchase I've made in years.

[Rewarded Review] Worth every penny! It's a beast!

This is a beast! Loved the way it easily grinds up anything and quickly. The attachments were perfect for mixing up the food for our dog who has digestive issues. The suction cups on the bottom help to keep it from moving around. The only negative thing is the noise level. Kind of loud but I don't mind since it only lasts for seconds. It beat my Kitchenaid in performance and I didn't think that could happen. I almost didn't buy it because it wasn't a name brand that I personally would have trusted. I looked at reviews and price at the time and finally decided to give a try as a gift for my daughter. I'm glad I kept an open mind to try a new brand at my age. In fact, I liked it so much that I bought one for my daughter-in-law as well.
