So, to be honest when I first heard I was getting this product, I was so ecstatic. I’ve always wanted an air fryer and I excited to try this product. I used other air fryers in the past at friends houses and have wanted one. I’ve also had other ninja products and they’ve been pretty decent. This product when you first use it the smell of plastic is so overwhelming it’s insane. It was making me so sick. I had to air out my whole house for a day and I could not finish using this air fryer at first. I had to plug it up outside because the fumes were so strong. After running it for about four hours on and off outside, I took it back inside my house and used it many times since airing it out so I could write a good review on this. I have a bachelors degree and so does my husband and both of us found the buttons a little confusing at first, I feel like they could be more straightforward. This also does not heat up my food evenly I feel like some parts are raw in my food and others are overcooked, even though the food itself is evenly sliced. I will say, though I do love the dual baskets where you can cook two different foods at one time. I don’t love how tall it is, it takes up a lot of counterspace. I wish it was a little shorter, but still have the same amount of basket space inside. Overall, my experience will not deter me from buying any other Ninja products in the future, but I might stay away from any air fryers they make.

We really like this air fryer for a lot of reasons. I love that it has multiple drawers that you can use for different times and temperatures. I also love that the baskets have shelves so you can double up or do a couple of items. That being said, there are some things I don't love as well. Capacity in each bin is small, so it does mean you can't cook as much. And the controls to get started take some getting used to. I still like it, and will continue to use it, but those are some things I would change or consider before spending money on this air fryer.

This is an awesome, convenient kitchen appliance! It has so much capacity and despite being tall, it easily fits under my cabinets. It has so many different modes beyond just air frying, including baking. It’s easy to use and makes my food quickly. It’s a great appliance to use especially in the summer when I don’t want to heat my house up with the oven! It doesn’t make a ton of noise either. I’ve made several different things in this air fryer and everything has turned out great. It’s also very easy to clean and remove the various racks. I highly recommend especially for a family that wants a quick way to cook multiple items at once!

Wow! This smart air fryer does it all. At first I was intimidated by all the different modes, but there is a quick guide included that really helps simplify the capabilities. I had a single basket air fryer before that I liked, but this does so much more. You can make two different things in two baskets on different temperatures and times - and they will finish at the same time. You can use a stackable rack to make two different items in the same basket. This is helpful when making meals with different items (meat, vegetables, etc.). It saves so much energy and time. All components are dishwasher safe making clean up a breeze. I would definitely recommend this air fryer!

This two layer air fryer is sleek and does not take up too much counter space. While tall, it easily fits under my cabinets with room to spare. It heats up quickly and produces crispy food. The heating source and fan are located in the back and blow through the back vents of the baskets. Something to be aware of is that if you utilize the rack to cook two layers of food in a basket, it will be difficult to toss/flip or check on the progress of the food on the lower level. You would have to carefully remove the rack with top layer in order to reach the food at the bottom. That is certainly not ideal especially because the rack will be very hot. The biggest struggle in my house was days for example where I’d make chicken nugget and fries and both needed the air fryer so we’d end up using the oven which I don’t care for. This took care of that problem easily. With both baskets available we are more easily able to do more with our meals. The buttons on the side also make it easy to set the temperature and time. It’s also a lot quieter compared to my last air fryer. The two baskets also come with mini racks in them. First I couldn't believe that I was able to claim this product! Talk about lucky! My first impression was how big it is - but in a good way. The 2 baskets are great for cooking 2 diff items. We have done chicken wings and fries. Both have come out amazing! The product is easy to use, the wings came out perfectly crispy and juicy. The fries were also crispy. The dual zones worked great! This is a great air fryer, especially for people who don’t have a lot of available counter space. I’ve used it to cook chicken when the weather doesn’t permit grilling, and it hasn’t disappointed! It is also great for heating things up and made some delicious “roasted” potatoes! The one thing I wish is that the baskets were a bit bigger, though that would then require more space, so it’s a good compromise. The two baskets stacked is a great feature so you can cook two different things at the same time, which wasn’t an option I had with my previous air fryer. I love that I can throw it in the dishwasher to clean when I’m done, so no scrubbing! I would definitely recommended the DoubleStack!

I was so happy to get this product! Here is what I first noticed: it is incredibly heavy. While it doesn’t take up as much horizontal space, it takes up vertical space and is very tall. There wasn’t enough room for it to sit on my countertop as a daily item. I love the idea of it! If you ONLY want to use this machine for all cooking, it is great. The first meal I made was chicken cutlets. I had to make a couple of batches because I could not fit all of the pieces of chicken at once. This was slightly annoying, but the chicken cooked fast. It came out sooo crispy and delicious and the entire family loved it. I have yet to make another meal but I plan to try a meat and vegetable in both trays. Great Air Fryer

First I couldn't believe that I was able to claim this product! Talk about lucky! My first impression was how big it is - but in a good way. The 2 baskets are great for cooking 2 diff items. We have done chicken wings and fries. Both have come out amazing! The product is easy to use, the wings came out perfectly crispy and juicy. The fries were also crispy. The dual zones worked great!
