I have to admit that this is an amazing non stick pan. The pan itself is solid and the weight of the pan and lid very assuring when cooking (some pans can seem very light and flimsy). I have treated this pan far more harshly than usual as I wanted to test its longevity before buying more, as the last set of fairly expensive pans I bought turned out to be pretty flimsy after less than 2 years.I would normally ban my 11 year old from using one of my new pans as he loves to cook, but he also loves to burn pans and smash potato mashers and metal spoons into them with abandonment. I held off writing a review until he had a chance to use it several times to see what damage he could cause and the results are pretty impressive. There has been no damage (or even scratches to the non stick coating) in the pan or around the rim.When the pan is cleaned, other than a small amount of discolouration on the base of the pan (where it sits on my hob), the pan comes up brand new, and this discolouration is probably more down to my hobs cleanliness rather that the pan. I am pretty sure if I wanted to, it would come up almost perfect.Why only 4 stars? In terms of the pan and lid, for actual cooking, it is a 5 star pan. Perfect for delicate boiling and equally at home taking some hammer. My only gripe is the handle. The actual handle is perfectly fine, It feels secure and provides good grip, however I did find the end of the handle (where your front finger would normally grip the small cutaway notch) uncomfortable. It is not sharp, but when the pan was full, it did feel as though it was sticking into me more that I would like. This may be simply down to the pan I got and if the option was there, I would give the pan 4.5 stars simply due to the small part of the handle that could have possibly used a tiny bit more metal on to make comfier. I imagine on some of the smaller pans (that will be less heavy), that this would be even less noticeable.Recommend.

I wasnt very excited about using this product at first, as ive always believed a pan is just a pan however good its claimed to be.....how wrong I was.This pan is solidly constructed, though not as heavy as it looks. It looks gorgeous, if a pan can, and I'd happily leave it stood on my hob for visitors to seeI used a wooden spoon to cook my pasta with as this is what I always use, and the best thing is, I coukd put it straight under the grill to brown the cheese once I'd sprinkled it on top!!!It washes up wonderfully and looks like it's never been used.I'd quite happily try and buy the rest to complete the set, especially as they're guaranteed for 10 years.

I have been using this pan for 3 months now and am finding it a really decent pan. It's large enough to use on the biggest ring on my cooker although you have to be a bit careful not to hold the handle too close to the pan as it does get a bit hot.. but it's fine if you hold it nearer the end. The pan is non stick and it really is. It washes great too.. either by hand or in the dishwasher. Altogether I have been pretty impressed with this pan.

My pans are most in need of an update, they haven’t lasted with being fairly cheap to purchase so this one from a reliable brand like Ninja was gratefully received. The first thing I noticed was how sturdy the pan is with a great fitting lid and a good, long handle. No plastic at all on the pan so it can be easily transferable from hob to oven if necessary. I made cheese sauce, first of all in mine, which is notorious for catching on the bottom but nothing with this pan. The sauce came out smooth and nothing stuck on the bottom at all. What a great value product, I’m definitely looking to collect the entire range, they are truly spectacular pans from Ninja.
This pan is lovely and stylish you can tell it's great quality I was surprised it has some weight to it which makes it feel well made. I've cooked sauces in it so far that have gone very well and no sticking to the pan. Easy to wash after. I also like the clear lid and that it is also oven proof. I am now tempted to get the rest of the range.
Very well engineered and the non stick coating looks as if it will stay the test of time. A quality product. The only two small issues I would point out is the handle is metal so careful if your pan handle gets too hot and the pan itself is very heavy so if you have issues with hand or arm strength you may find it more challenging to pour with for instance.

All cooked beautifully and to perfection. I have used this Saucepan a few times since receiving it for making cheese and white sauces. Handle stayed cool, but I was cooking on a low heat. I use a heat resistant plastic spatula for stirring sauces as I'm cooking and no food stuck to the saucepan. It was easy to wash up by hand and it came out clean from the dishwasher.
My 15yr old pans are definately showing signs of wear, so I was very happy to be offered this pan to test. It sits very nicely in the hand and doesn't feel too heavy or bulky. It also sits nicely on my hob, not tipping as one of my existing pans does. The handle stays cool enough to touch too. I have cooked scrambled eggs, custard and honeycomb in this and nothing stuck at all. Very happy with this pan and will probably replace the rest of mine in time with this range.
Looks great, nice saucepan, but doesn’t work on my hob, even though it says it works on all hobs including induction. So, even though I bought it at a reduced price, it’s still been a complete waste of money. Just glad I didn’t buy any more. I disposed of all the packaging so couldn’t return it. Now lookin to give it away to someone who can use it.
