I first ever played MARIO KART as a child, it is one of the games i grew up with. It is super fun, not only to play by yourself, or to rally with a few of your friends. I've never liked dark violent games, so all the colours characters make this ideal for me. Another bonus is that it doesn't matter your skills, this is easy to play, yet still challenging as you progress through the levels.

I love this game! It is such a classic game. There are easy courses and very difficult courses. You can play by yourself or you can play with friends. (It is a lot of fun to run your friends off rainbow road 😂). I definitely recommend this game if you are looking for a classic racing game. The controls are pretty easy to figure out and there are additional modes that you can play to make the game more interesting.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time was an OK game for the N64. I didn't really enjoy it too much and I didn't believe it deserved all the praise it got but it was a revolutionary title in the Zelda franchise. However, the Nintendo 3DS remake is a way better experience. The new visuals, gyroscope aiming, and inventory management really make this remake a whole lot better than the original. It sounds good, the controls are good, and the classic music throughout the game really sell it. The game also comes with the more challenging Master Quest, a version of the game that is mirrored, has different dungeon layout, and you take more damage. Master Quest takes a game that is mediocre in difficulty to 11. The horse race for Epona is still very challenging. If you just touch Ingo's horse, you slow down and it doesn't help that Ingo has infinite spurs. The other thing is how the inventory is handled. The actual inventory is good but I keep wanting to press START to go into it when you have to press a tab on the touch screen. My final complaint I will list is that the map is on the top screen on the corner when it can be on the bottom screen and be bigger and show more detail than the worldmap that is on the bottom screen. All in all if your a returning fan of Ocarina of Time or a new comer to the 3D Zelda scene or new to Zelda in general, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D is worth it.

A solid, entertaining game, but flawed.
17 December 2017

This is a solid entry in the Mario Kart franchise. The graphics are pretty solid for a 3DS game, not to mention that it looks great in 3D mode. This game has a lot of content for a game of this price, and I'm surprised they didn't charge a full $40 like they do with most major 3DS releases. The innovative feature of allowing you to customize your kart was much preferable to having a static car with set stats. However, thus game still has plenty of flaws. Unlike in Mario Kart Wii (a game released before it), this games doesn't have any bikes. While there were a few good "new" tracks, most of them were bland and weren't very memorable. When I played alone, I'd usually pick the "retro" stages because they were just simply more appealing. I enjoy the new underwater and ... MoreThis is a solid entry in the Mario Kart franchise. When I played alone, I'd usually pick the "retro" stages because they were just simply more appealing. I enjoy the new underwater and glider features, but they were obviously a "first try" function, because both of these features feel too floaty (They fixed this in MK8). Speaking of which, the physics are wonky in this game. The heaviest characters can be easily pushed aside by lightweights. Most of my out-of-bounds falls were caused by being pushed. And when you do get pushed, it takes Lakitu WAY too long to rescue you. However, one thing they did get right was the Multiplayer. Instead of having a tiny split-screen, everyone has their own personal screen instead. Races with friends felt vigorous and intense. The Streetpass functionality was great, and I loved being able to play a hand-assembled Grand Prix of everyone I passed. Bottom line, this is a great, solid game, but I still have complaints about it. It's quite boring when you're alone, but it's awesome with friends. This game wasn't usually inside my DS, and I often played other games like Pokemon or Animal Crossing. If you want the true Mario Kart experience, then you could possibly buy the more expensive Wii U/Switch version. But if you're looking for a cheap game for someone with a lot of 3DS-using friends, then I would recommend this game for you.

Mario Kart 7 is always fresh, challenging and super fun! I have spent many, many joyful hours playing it on the Wii. Now on the 3DS it is a different experience equally fun, as there are new items and also the gliders. It is a fantastic game that looks extremely good as part of my 3DS collection! 7 stars out of 7:)

This brings back memories lol. As someone who grew up playing this game, I can say this is just what I remember, though my old version was in English. Even then, the controls are easy, the game came pre-finished (so I can just explore whatever worlds I want). And I can practice reading Japanese characters now! 10/10

Kart Krave

Itching to launch shells, eat mushrooms and skid through korners, I bought this game because I wanted something fast and fun. Mario Kart delivers and the Nintendo 3ds supports many hours of quality gameplay and graphics that will have you kraving more. Race tracks and classic characters featured from all previous Mario Kart games through the years sends any veteran player through a nostalgia trip. Online capability is easy to use and competitive once you get a few cups under your belt and the ability to unlock extra gear can be addictive. If you’re looking for classic, fast, familiar fun don’t hesitate to add the 7th edition to your repertoire!

This games a lot of fun. They got hang gliding parts that are pretty cool, a lot of the old maps are included and its always fun throwing turtle shells at people. Overall Id say its a good game, its better then the N64 version but not as good as double dash on the GameCube. Its definitely worth what I paid, at least. The Mario cart games are alot of fun and are super re-playable. Im glad to have Mario cart 7 in my collection of games its always a decent experience

The Perfect "First Game" & The Perfect "First Zelda Game"

Have... Have you really not heard of this, or played this game? It was the first game I remember playing as a child on Nintendo 64. This is my favorite game of all time. While part of that is nostalgia driven, this game is generally a great game! Great story, great game play, has a good, but fair challenge (it's super easy after you've beaten the game 50+ times). Truly, this is a great game for children. The main character is a child, which helps children identify with it, and you can name the character whatever you like. I'm rambling a little with no real direction here. This is a great game, whether it's someones first game, or just their first Zelda game, this is not only a great introduction to the series, but it's just a great game to play first. I'm stunned that you are reading my crappy review instead of one of the million of other reviews on this game. You can't go wrong. Many of the issues from the N64 version have been fixed, graphics look nice, and playing in 3D is pretty awesome. Seriously, have you really not played this game? Lol

Without Nostalgia, it's Bad

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is only a good game if you hold some form of nostalgia about it. At the time of this review being written, the Legend of Zelda franchise has gone leaps and bounds ahead of this title in terms of gameplay. Entries such as The Wind Waker, Breath of the Wild, and Twilight Princess are outright superior to Ocarina of Time in terms of gameplay and graphics. This is only to be expected, as Ocarina of Time released over two decades ago at the time this review's writing. Those who love this entry to the series only enjoy it due to nostalgia, and the fact that it was a massive technological leap in terms of 3D video games when it was released. But if you hold no such nostalgia for it, and have played newer Zelda games, it isn't worth your time. This version specifically is not a remake, it is a re-release, and as such it does not improve on the original title in terms of gameplay. The original Ocarina of Time was created for the Nintendo 64, which allowed the gameplay to revolve around the player sitting down and dedicating a good chunk of time to playing. A handheld console like the 3DS allows gameplay to revolve around short gaming sessions and short bursts of plot and story, this does not mesh well with Ocarina of Time. You should not purchase this game.
