Nioxin System 5 Scalp Revitaliser - 300ml

I received this product for free from Nixon and Influenster in exchange for my honest review. So I will say I do not know how I ended up trying the kit for thinning hair because I do have extra thick hair but I did go ahead and try out the kit so here are my thoughts on the conditioner. So it started out good with the shampoo then the conditioner I thought it was going to be pretty good as well. The smell was definitely stronger that the shampoo. The best was to describe the sensation was as if someone dumped icy hot on my head and that was what I was washing my hair with. It was not a great feeling at all. After try the whole kit my hair felt very brittle and I was even after to blow dry. I did end up finally using some my normal hair care products to help. I will not be using this again. I definitely caution those with Thinning hair.

I love this conditioner as well as the shampoo! I am seeing positive results with these products. The smell of peppermint is not something that bothers me I actually enjoy it. I know others don’t seem to like it much. I like that my hair doesn’t seem to be too rough and tangled with this conditioner. I have used some that leave the hair very tangled and hard to manage. Only issue I have is that the product won’t last me that long. It’s not too expensive to repurchase unless your gonna repurchase the entire Nioxin System which is probably the best thing in order to get the results of thicker hair. Overall I do recommend as I have noticed a bit of change in my very thin color treated hair which is great!

I absolutely love this product. A little goes a long way. First off.. this conditioner has a pretty strong mint smell but it is SO refreshing on your scalp and opens your senses. I feel like it is also waking up my scalp! Not only does it color your head, it makes your hair so soft and luxurious. This entire line makes my hair feel so much fuller. I usually use a leave in conditioner in addition to conditioner in the shower and this product is so perfect, I no longer need to use a leave in. It gives just the perfect amount of softness.. does not weigh down or make your hair greasy. I love this product!!

I have loved this product! I must say, I have only used this conditioner along with the whole system (shampoo, conditioner, treatment), but I LOVE it as a system. I really feel like the scalp and hair treatment is really the secret sauce of the system. I enjoyed the fresh, menthol minty smell and refreshing cooling feeling on my scalp! I did notice some scalp redness after using the treatment, but it sounds like that can be normal as it increases blood flow to the scalp. I did notice some hair regrowth, especially around my hairline! Please note that I did color my hair, which is why it is lighter in the after. But overall, I am very happy with this product! I have also been using the shampoo and conditioner. I have thin fine hair with highlights. Let me tell you this stuff has a menthol tingle to it. It actually kind of hurt the first couple times i used it. This product is only for the scalp. It's easy to use. I just kept parting my hair and spayed the treatment directly onto the scalp. The container has a user friendly tip/nozzle on the end making it easier for the product to be applied on the scalp and not all over the hair itself. This treatment is watery and not thick at all. I can get the product distributed evenly over my scalp when the hair is towel dried and not dripping wet. I did notice a difference within 2 months of not this hair treatment my hair felt less healthy. When I got out of the shower there was more hair around the drain my brush was full of hair again and just looked awful. With all the money I spend on having my hair cut and colored, or buying products that promise voluminous hair with one use. I wasn't going to have any hair left. I started using the thinning hair line treatments immediately. I only use this product 3 or 4 times a week now its mostly for maintenance. The Nioxin hair line really works!! You just have to use the products consistently and stick with them. I wish I would have found this sooner.

I received this product complementary from Influenster for testing purposes. I love the shampoo it leaves your hair squeaky clean and your scalp feels brand new! I’m happy I got a chance to test the kit just looking at it I would have never bought it but I love it! I only use high end products on my hair as I used to be a stylist and genuinely this is a great product for your hair. I’ve seen nothing negative about anything in the kit so far and have used it every day for a week! Even the leave in is amazing, it doesn’t leave your roots greasy at all. Great conditioner, noticed a difference after a few months

This conditioner is great and works well. I have been using for a few months and have started to notice a difference, my hair seems to have less breakage when brushing & considerable less fall when washing. Conditioner smells lovely, quite minty & refreshing. I use it with the shampoo & mousse and this is my go to now and will only use this conditioner.
