Nivea Soft Moisturising Cream 200ml

At first I wasn't sure how to use this product, as it labeled a 'soft cream' for body, face or hands. Typically I use a different cream for both my body and my face as, for me, they have different needs. I did try to use the cream on my face, but I found my makeup didn't apply smoothly on top. And, the scent was a little much for face wear (I found it stayed strong and didn't dissipate quickly). I much prefer the scent of the original nivea creme in the blue tin (which I lovvvve!!) So, I abandoned trying to use it on my face. I did, however, find it worked very well for my heels, hands and elbows. It has a really nice whipped texture that feels so airy yet dense. For that reason, I wouldn't purchase for myself. However, if you're not scent averse, for the price point it's a superb value.

I like to use this cream at night. It’s just a basic moisturizer that gets the job done. It’s not too greasy and it’s not too matte, it’s in between more toward the greasier side, that’s why I use it at night only. I really like it because it doesn’t just sit on top of my skin. It has absorbent ingredients which I look for all the time. Some don’t like this because it has alcohol but that just helps the product not be so greasy and absorb well. It’s actually moisturizing and does not break me out. I have tried other night creams and with many I break out if it’s too heavy. I would get small bumps but from this I never do. This does not irritate my skin or do anything special, but it moisturizes.

Amazingly soft moisturizer!

I love this new product from #trywithtopbox and I got this as a #freeproduct . IT IS AMAZING!! I have very sensitive skin and trust me this has a very light scent. It has the classic Nivea scent but very very light. It is also a thick product so you get lots with just a little bit, a little goes certainly a long way! It does not feel drying but very moisturizing. I have used it on my body and my feet as well and it feels so luxurious and nice. I haven’t used it on my face yet, but the fact it isn’t very scented is very promising. I like how you can use it for all types of uses. I highly recommend! It also comes in a big jar which is filled to the rim. Buy this!

I used the Nivea Soft as hand cream in Germany. I have been experiencing very dry hands under the cold weather and my skins start to cracks due to dryness and frequent washing with warm/ hot water. I used to apply the Nivea soft every time i wash my hands and when I feel my hands are dry. The cream is soft and very light. It’s like a aqueous gel cream. It’s easy to spread evenly on hands, and the smell is good. It originally feels good once I applied the cream on hand, but after 5 mins later, my hands had a tight feeling. Although my skin is still soft, I feel my hands are dry. And there is a feeling that I need to apply the cream once again. I hope the review is useful.

Loving this!

I have always had very dry skin on my arms, legs, hands and part of my face. I've used the same product for years as not greasy and cheap (as I use loads). Loving this creme. It is not greasy, absorbs quickly and leaves skin soft all day long. Most surpringly a little goes a long way. It is gentle, good value / price and so very, very soft and velvety to touch (can see how it got its name). It does not have that creme smell some products have. Really love how it left my skin. Truly converted, what a fab product. Did not try before as thought nivea was a little too greasy for my skin, but nothing could be less true for this creme. Love it!

Lush cream

On opening the Nivea Soft the first thing that you notice is the fresh fragrance associated with Nivea products. The texture of the cream is soft and not oily. I used this throughout the day for my hands with noticeable effects. I then commenced to apply this soon after washing in the morning prior to makeup application. It dries really well leaving the face smooth and a good base for makeup. My makeup stayed in place well and does not feel oily or sticky like some products tested. It was then used before bed after my makeup removal. As a nurse my hands become very dry during the winter months and this cream really helps to moisturise my hands after every wash and hand gel. Overall I am more than happy with the results and will now purchase this regularly.

Wonderful light and fast absorbing cream

I was so thrilled to try this Nivea Soft Moisturizing cream. Some background - I have sensitive skin that is very finicky and I find my skin barrier easily disturbed. I enjoyed this lotion. It was light, non greasy and quickly absorbed. The large screw cap container is great on the counter and I typically used this on my arms, hands and other body areas in need of a bit of moisture. It does have a bit of a perfume scent to it, and for this reason I never tried it on my facial skin as I don’t like scent that close to my nose and my face skin doesn’t seem to appreciate scented products. I did use it on my neck with no problems. I tried it for almost two weeks and have seen some of my dry patches heal up.
