This cooler is ideal for a home made server that runs 24/7 in silence altough you need at least 1x case fan to get the air out. I paired it with with an amd 5600x (65w tdp) running 4 virtual machines and the temperature is around 55degrees with 40% cpu usage. It comes with thermal paste and mounts for extra fans which doesn't make sense taking into consideration it is a passive cooler. The fan exhaust needs to be on top of the case but then you need enough space in your case to do that. Also it has a dielectric coating which keeps the dust away.
