When I researched Omega 3 supplements, I learned that this one is highly rated. It is easy to swallow, full of nutrition, & has no aftertaste. I like that it has several Omegas in a good ratio and includes Vitamin D3. I could not find this or anything better in local stores, and appreciate that it is available online from Nordic. When I had a question, the online helper quickly responded. I will buy this again.

My understanding is that this brand is independently tested so you can be confident of the quality of the nutrients. I found these easy to swallow even though they are large gels and no after taste. Very happy with this one.

This is my 3rd order from Nordic. I now have my husband taking them. My Vitamin D levels were ridiculously low (22) even after taking high dose vitamin D. Nothing worked. My body would not/could not absorb it, until now. They are finally rising. My knees don't scream at me when I take the stairs. I suffer from hypothyroidism and menopause so brain fog was an issue, and I feel like that is even getting better. I never have ever thought that I had fish burps or bad breath from them as I have other omega 3 brands.
After being introduced to Nordic brand omega, I have never gone back to another brand. The lemon flavour reduced that fishy aftertaste burps! Thank goodness for these since I need to take omega supplements during my pregnancy. Now that I've given birth, I still continue taking these every day.
I have looked all over for a good Omega option that does not give me fish burps. I have even tried heavy duty prescription options like Vescepa and Lovaza. Although I know they are not *quite* the same as prescription options, THIS Nordic Naturals Complete Omega D3 is the only one that I can take without every meal taking like fish oil. Medications and supplements are only good if you are compliant in taking them regularly. This one makes it easy. Highly recommended.
I suffer from autoimmune thyroid and PCOS. It s been a long and hellish year with going back and forth to doctors, blood tests and so on. Nordic Naturals is the deal! Taking 2 capsules everyday, never had an issue with my stomach or fishy burps. Quality is 100%, ingredients top notch! I m on my third month of consecutive periods, hair is healthy too, skin is not dry anymore.
