I usually order the normal Ultimate Omega from this brand. But after doing some research I found that EPA is what you want most of, especially if your using it for mood/anxiety , joint health and heart health. For both anxiety and depression, you want more EPA than DHA. I have been taking 2 capsules a day for the past week. I have noticed that these definitely work better then the normal Ultimate Omega for improving mood and reducing anxiety. I will stick with the ProEPA from this brand from now on. So if your not eating lots of sardines or skipjack tuna every day you should defintetly be taking fish oil and if you want to up your game get these as they are good for improving mood as well as the benefits for heart health and joint health.

This is the best Omega3/DHA/EPA supplement I have tried so far. It has many benefits, and the positive effect is (almost) immediate and I have so far not incurred any adverse side effects. The taste is good. IHerb is a particular low cost supplier (here in CH) and therefore also recommendable. From what I can tell the quality of the product is high.

Quality ingredients and fish product from nordic but expensive. Omega is good for heart and reducing inflammation. There is only a very mild fishy aftertaste but nothing like cheaper products. Its great for reducing cholesterol and good for middle age people. I cant say it does anything for my hair though.

I buy this brand because of its reputation for being of very good quality and source. I would like to see more types of options for EPA dose, but maybe they don’t make it anymore.I’m not sure I ‘feel’ a difference but I know that they are doing the job they are supposed to do long term.
I love this product for a variety of reasons: (1) it's in triglyceride form, which means better absorption, (2) it has a great balance between DHA and EPA (that's the ratio that the research shows is optimal for mood disorders such as anxiety), (3) there is no aftertaste (maybe a little lemony, but only rarely). I've been taking this for months now, and I noticed results right away with my mood. I'm now keeping it up.
I use Pro EPA for assistance with nerve regeneration. I had cada equina and as my nerves slowly grow back I can experience pain if my body does not have enough of the materials it needs to regenerate nerves. The Pro EPA works wonderfully!
I have done A LOT of research on what brands are the best fish oil brand and after extensive research this brand seems to best due to the fish they use (deep sea sardines/mackrel). It is also manufactured in Norway which has high standards. Full disclosure my grandfather and grandma are from Norway/Sweden so I may be biased . Its also 3rd party rated for mercury and purity and most importantly it is the triglyceride form which is the best, which is also why its the most expensive.I use the ProEPA as from my research it say you want to get more EPA then DHA as EPA is great for heart benefits, inflammation, joints and best of all studies show EPA works good for mood support and anxiety. So its a win win.
These supplements are the absolute best quality and ingredients that you can find! They are packaged well and really help your heart and inflammation! There is no taste at all and it definitely improved my mood as well besides helping with overall pain and as long as I can afford them I will be a long-term customer!
