My Nordic bundt pan brings me back to when I was a little girl and my mother made my sisters and me homemade cakes with her bundt pan. I was provided a beautiful, dusty rose gold bundt pan to review. I was instantly impressed by the heaviness and wonderful well made quality of this pan. It has a nonstick interior but when I prepared my cake, I did grease it. I baked a simple chocolate bundt cake and it baked evenly. I followed the directions on the recipe and the cake turned out beautifully. It came out of the pan without any issue and I know I will be using this Nordic bundt pan to bake cakes for years to come. The quality of this pan ensures that it will last for many years.

Over 3 months and 20 cakes later I’m writing my review. This pan has paid for itself and I’m heading out for a second one for my daughter to keep up with her cake requests! It’s a nice weight, not flimsy. We hand wash in the sink easily and air dry on dish rack. Nothing fancy or special with care. We toss in the cabinet after it dries with the other cookware and there are no dents, dings, chips or knicks. My daughter needs another to keep up with her cake requests so we’re heading out today to get the same one. I have nothing bad to say about this pan. I’m actually gonna see if they have cookie sheets as well.

Ordered the standard 12 cup Bundt Pan. Received the first order and there were jagged edges inside the pan, which appeared to be from the coating not settling properly. Returned the pan to Macy's and ordered the exact same pan. This one came with the exact same problem only in a different area inside the pan wall.

First time I used this pan, the cake popped out like a dream. Hand washed it and put it away. The second time the cake did not pop out (yes, I buttered it and put flour) and I had to use a knife to loosen the sides. Cake came out, but now there’s scratches in the nonstick. I wasn’t digging in it at all! Now I have to worry about nonstick in my cake. Not the quality I have come to expect from Nordicware.
I hadn't baked much in years. Needed a new bundt pan for my Christmas baking. The Nordicware Original Bundt Pan(s) that I bought were perfect and turned out many a lovely gingerbread cake and gumdrop cake to please family and friends. The 2 pans I purchased functioned perfectly...cleaned up easy and baked evenly. Could not have been more pleased.
I couldn’t be more disappointed in this Bundt pan. This is supposed to be a nonstick pan but the recipe called for greasing the pan well with crisco. I did just that. I greased the pan very well. After allowing the cake to cool for ten minutes upon removal from the oven the cake was completely stuck. Wouldn’t budge. I went around the edges with a knife and still nothing. I flipped it over several times trying to tap the sides and finally the cake came out of the pan...well 3/4 of the cake came out. A portion of the cake remained in the pan. Nothing I could do. Cake ruined. I frisky believe it has something to do with the pan. I have made this recipe millions of times. The only difference this time was my new Bundt pan. I do not recommend this product. I do not like this pan. It's super thin and not worth the money. I've baked two cakes and both stuck to the pan which was well prepared. Both cakes broke up while trying to release them. Oven temp was 325* and I needed to soak them overnight. I've been baking for 65+years. I know what I'm doing.
Great Bundt pan, smooth nonstick finish and shapely design. No paint to chip over time. Slightly heavier than expected, which made it a bit challenging to flip when full, but there was minimal sticking. Worked nicely on the savory arborio rice dish I ordered it to make.
It is extremely well-made. Results were amazing. Cant imagine why I waited so long to invest in a Nordic Ware Cast Aluminum pan. I am SOOOOO happy. Thank you.
The description described this pan as cast aluminum, but it is not. It is pressed aluminum and it weighs 211g. Very flimsy and it was bent due to being packed and shipped with 2 sets of sheets. I purchased this because I trusted the description that it is an original bundt pan that is cast aluminum. Very disappointed and this is a waste of time having to return the item. If you like thin and lightweight bake ware then this is for you. If you are looking for cast aluminum pan that conducts heat evenly and resists warping then look elsewhere, because this pan got warped all by itself, see picture.Not recommended.
