I had been looking for a Bundt pan for some time now. I was slightly intimidated about using one that the cake would stick and either not come out or break off in pieces. I had read Nordic Ware was a great brand and I was not disappointed! Have used a few times now and have not had any problems! The cake looks good and is always moist. I would recommend this to my family and friends. Now I want to purchase another one or maybe a set of mini pans for mini Bundt cakes.

I absolutely love this Bundt pan!! It makes the prettiest cake so different! I highly recommend it. You give it a good oil spray and it comes right out
I absolutely love this pan. The design is elegant and the sections make nice serving sizes. Follow the instructions that come with the pan and the cake comes out no problem. A winner!
This Nordic Ware 75th Anniversary Braided Bundt pan is a beautiful addition to my collection. The cake released very easy -- I used the Baker's Joy spray with flour. The only thing to consider in using this pan is be mindful of the shape. If the cake is a bit moist and not dense, after you cut a slice diagonally along the grooves/lines, the remaining cake may flop over. Put another way, once the cake is sliced, the remainder of the cake does not look as nice.
The sauce is a little too sweet. I have diabetes. I see why kids love this. If I were a child I would love it too. Also the spaghetti is on the coarse side My tongue did not like the feel of it.
Made a lemon cake in this and took it to work. Everyone loved it. It was a bit hard to determine where to cut it though, with the braids or straight in?
I bought this pan to replace another that had been loaned and not returned. Looked around online for one that didn't have the classic shape, which I was tired of. This one filled the bill. It has large capacity and an intriguing shape. The website also offered a discount. Consumers of the eventual cake complimented me on its crisp edges. I think they liked the flavor, too. The shape can also serve as a guide to cutting larger or smaller pieces from the cake, but it's not so convoluted that the mold is hard to clean. I like it.
