Nordic Ware Anniversary Bundt Pan Gold

The material of the pan was very heavy. My cakes cooked evenly, and slid out the pan perfectly. I loved the star shape, and the shape helped to guide you to slice perfect size pieces everytime. I would like to order another one for a gift.

Beautiful Cake but SMALL

This pan makes a Beautiful Cake but it is very Small at only 10 Cups. I wish it came in standard Bundt pan size (12 Cup). I would not use this pan to make a cake for a gathering of more than 6 people.I finished my cake with a thick white glaze and let it drip down the sides between indentations. The cake looked very elegant and impressive.Just be aware of the size. Most recipes are for 12 Cup Bundt pan. This pan cannot even hold a standard 15.25 oz.Cake Mix.

Beautiful pan

I was looking for a fancy Bundt cake pan and I found it with this one. It%u2019s perfectly sized for an average cake mix. The pan adds lots of detail to my cakes, and when the cake is iced it%u2019s absolutely gorgeous. It can be a little tricky to clean because of all the little indentations, but that%u2019s definitely not a deal breaker for me.

Gorgeous object, gorgeous cake

The pan itself is beautiful--it's a good, thick aluminum and its geometry makes me want to hang it on the wall.The performance is just as good. I brushed the inside with melted butter and added a thin, uniform layer of flour. As a couple of places online suggested, I waited about 10 minutes after taking it out of the oven to invert it.The cake released immediately and completely, and what a cake it was--golden brown and beautiful, even without icing. (I was using the Maida Heatter 62nd St lemon bundt recipe, and the sugar-lemon glaze made it glisten.)I'll be making many more cakes with this pan; I've already got one planned for tomorrow.

Great sturdy cast aluminum pan

I was looking for a fancy Bundt pan and this fit the bill beautifully! I have made 2 beautiful cakes in it so far and everyone oohs and ahhs over them. The only thing that is difficult is greasing and flouring and I have found a trick for that. I take crisco and place a small spoonful in a Pyrex dish and microwave long enough to become slightly soft, then I use a silicone brush to apply all over pan, then I flour. Yes, I know you can use bakers joy, but that will eventually ruin your pan because it contains silicone which builds up a sticky residue over time. The pan washes up with soap and hot water with no effort! Love this pan!

My first Nordic Bundt pan it won’t be my lastI

I am new to baking Bundt cakes and saw this beautiful pan and thought it was so pretty that I needed it. I have made two Bundt cakes so far and they've both come out perfect.My cakes released from the pan flawlessly and not a crumb out of place. I first coat the pan with soft butter, then dust it with a thin layer of sugar and then flower. When it was done baking the crust came out soft, sweet and a little crispy.The 10 cup capacity works great for so many different recipes without having to alter them. The outside gold of the pan was flawless and the inside was just as pretty and without any flaws??.?Love it, now I need to buy a few more!

Quality pan

I bought this Bundt cake pan after my old one rusted out. Initially I thought the price point was high but since the brand is a well known brand with great reviews, I bought it. This is the best Bundt cake pan I have ever used. I saw a noticeable difference in the way my pound cake cooked evenly, was shaped perfectly and the color of the cake was a beautiful golden brown. Highly recommended. Quality pan.

I have 4 Nordic Ware bundt tins now. They will last for years as such good quality. They make even the most basic cake look stunning. I have never had one stick as I grease and flour them well. Very prompt delivery from Harts of Stur. Will definitely use this company again.

UNIQUE SHAPE & DESIGN

I purchased this cake pan some months ago, & decided I wanted to use it for Thanksgiving, I took it with me to Ohio where we visited our daughter, and was so pleased with the details of how this unique cake turned out. It was the biggest hit of the Thanksgiving Dessert Table. Everyone loved it and the unique design. It really does make slicing so easy and each slice in uniform size. In fact my daughter LOVED it so much that I gave her mine, and I am ordering a second one today for myself so I can have one too. The value is also great when compared to other competitors. Wonderful Nordic Bundt pan
