These are nice looking with good weight and don't do that wobbly thing on the oven rack. Good heat distribution. Can tell these will last a long time.

I really enjoy how light these pans are and the fact that they donʻt rust or warp. Those were the top three things I was looking for in baking sheets and Nordic Ware really delivers that. However, with these baking sheets keep in mind the type of utensils you use because metal with scratch but not impair them. Also, the care when cleaning. I prefer to hand wash the nordic ware baking sheet and rack versus placing in the dishwasher even though you totally could do that.

I am famous in my little world for my roast potatoes and roasted veggies. I have searched all over the internet to find the right aluminum roasting pans that will crisp the potatoes and veggies. Because my favorite site Food52 recommended them, I gave them a try. They are simply superb. Whatever I've roasted on them have been crispy, beautifully cooked and didn't stick to the pan. Am so happy with this purchase.

Doesn’t warp. Solid construction. With silicone mat and perfectly-fitting oven-safe rack? Utterly useful. Only one quibble: the little silicone footies on the bottom of the rack fall off in the dishwasher, and get chewed up. (Remove before washing.)

They were completely warped and discolored after putting them in the dishwasher. The description notes that discoloration will occur if placed in the dishwasher, but unfortunately, I did not see that until after my husband had washed them in the dishwasher. I would not recommend or purchase this product again based on that alone. The company should make this warning more obvious to the buyer. The sheets look absolutely terrible after the first use—a total waste of money.

It is a sturdy pan with no sharp edges and the right weight and balance to help avoid accidents when moving it from one place to another.Excellent job! Kudos!!!

Holiday best

Tiz the season of sheet pan deserts. Pumpkin bars are so much better made on these sheets, frosted, covered and stored. They stack well so you can stack them 3-4 high in a fridge. I sometimes put a small cloth between the pan and the lid below so they don’t side if someone is moving things around or not paying attention.

No more rust ing out!

Very well made. Heavier then my past ones and no sharp edges on it. I'm looking forward to not having this rust out in a year. Versatile in the ability to use flour/butter or silicone mat. Now just need to get started on replacing all the rest of my bakeware with this brand.

Great American made product! In the oven it stays flat not like cheaper trays that twist when exposed to high heat! Well made, you can feel its strength when you hold it! I would recommend this tray to anyone who does a lot of baking. As a matter of fact I will be purchasing two(2) more of these!!! Great Baking Tray!!!
