Nordic Ware Prism Big Sheet

I love the way these perform. I’ve roasted potatoes and vegetables on them, and they come out nicely crispy without sticking. I’ve also used them to bake cookies (with silicone baking mats) and I love how evenly they transfer the heat. These are lightweight but super solid. I was worried they would be hard to clean after roasting potatoes at 425, but so far they have cleaned right up with no issues.

I went all in on these because of their beauty, the good reviews, and the Nordic Ware name--purchased all three sizes as I was due for new pans. I am extremely disappointed that within three normal uses (potatoes, cookies)--greasing the pan, careful hand washing--that gray residue that I dread from aluminum pans is already coming off on my drying cloths. I believe it is developing in the grooves. Wish I had tried out one size before opening them.

i haven't used them yet, but they're super, and I really needed to get some new sheets. The others.I had were from my 20's and nobody needs to see those. I can't wait to use them

These have been getting almost daily use. Perfect for serious vegetable roasting and baked fish fillets. Upgraded to a silicone spatula as recommended. The surface is easy to clean too. This purchase was a gift for my very particular husband. He is also impressed which is truly a high endorsement.

This is on me, but I didn't measure when I ordered and the big sheet is BIG (read, hard to wash in my regular sized sink). Otherwise, a great pan that I've used for a lot of veggie roasting and making granola so far. Moves air well and no sticking or hot spots.

Aluminum baking sheet

A nice big baking sheet with high walls. Good for roasting tomatoes and veggies, baking lots of cookies and chicken sheet pan recipes. Attractive design.I bought the smaller ones to use for smaller batches also.

Precaution is the key to a great sheet

I like the size of the sheet. A tip for the future buyers, if you have a recipe that calls for spray on the sheet followed by flour, eliminate the flour and make sure the sheet is sprayed well with non stick spray or your food will stick to it. It cleans up easily, even if food does stick to it, but you also need to be cautious about how long it is in the overn as it may burn the edge of your food. If you are aware of this and bake accordingly to precautionary measures, you will truly enjoy the sheet

The best cookie sheet ever!

This is the best cookie sheet ever! We’ve tried so many other brands but Nordic ware beats them every time. You get an even bake and everything from cookies to vegetables to meet. And somehow these pans are easier to clean!
