Now Foods - Adam Superior Men's Multi 90 Softgels

I'm an overall fan of the Now brand. They tend to have some of the best prices..and often add a little something extra to many of their items that seem to be synergistic to the main ingrediant you ordered. In this case these multis seem very good vs their price. I actually particularly liked the vitamin D level is just high enough but not TOO high like Life Extension's 2 a day, as example to put you a bit over the top possibly in what is safe. One thing I don't like though is the use of gelatin here. The capsules are very large, yet easy to swallow..but knowing I'm taking that much gelatin bothers me. I'm not a vegetarian, but try not to eat any animal products. I did have a small issue though with my order on this Adam vitamin. Iherb took GREAT care of me...I forget where now but an independent REAL 3rd medical review site gave these Now Multis a a VERY high rating as to purity, what was in it, and it scored near the very top vs much more expensive Men's Multis. Overall I really like these..esp vs the price and as to the dosage amounts...

For example, not all forms of magnesium are created equal! Magnesium oxide has poor absorption levels and is cheap and used in most other regular multivitamins. It's a turn-off for me when I see a famous multivitamin brand using Mag Oxide. With this one here "NOW ADAM", Magnesium Citrate is used instead which have great absorption rates. Vitamin, B12 Methyl is also superior and is used here instead of other cheaper option. Then having good levels of CoQ10, vitamin K1 & K2. On top of that, the quantities are superb!
