Now Foods Avocado Oil 4 fl oz

When I first applied NOW Foods avocado oil to my skin, I thought it was too heavy, but it soon became one of my favorites. It absorbs more quickly than I expected. I've also added it to several lotions and cleansers with positive results. It's an excellent choice for natural skin care.Great quality avocado oil that use also for my dry curly hair and its perfect! It helps to seal my ends on damp hair and imparts a healthy sheen on the rest of my hair.

You have to trust me on this it’s way better than coconut oil its in it liquid form all the time and it’s very moisturizing and nourishing and keeps your hair healthy and moisturized I love it I use it on my hair with other mixtures of oils but avocado oil can most definitely stand out on its own!! I use this along with grape seed oil for oil cleansing and it’s very effective at removing makeup, waterproof sunscreen and any dirt or residue on the skin. It leaves my skin feeling VERY soft and supple when I follow up with a normal cleanse. I have oily skin, but I don’t like when my skin feels stripped. The size of this is great. You don’t really need a lot. The scent is very muted, just smells like a regular oil. No fragrance (thankfully!). My skin is also sensitive and this doesn’t irritate it at all. After the cleanse, you can follow up with a moisturiser, then top it off with an oil, to prevent water loss and to trap moisture since oil can be occlusive! Great for dry flaky skin or sensitive skin that needs to extra help.
