I've noticed my skin feeling dry and itchy lately, even though it's summer and humid. I figured it's only going to get worse when winter hits, so I got this. Grape seed oil has anti-inflammatory properties, which almond oil doesn't. I have joint issues, so figured why not? I use this morning and night in a VERY thin layer, then put lotion on immediately after to seal it in. My skin is now so incredibly soft and no itch! I can't say much to the anti-inflammatory, but it's certainly not hurting anything! A little goes a long way, so the bottle will last quite a while, even using it as much as I do.
