I bought this for my mother-in-law who was 87 year old and suffered from osteoporosis! She took this just after dinner to ensure that dietary fat is taken with this capsule (D3 is fat-soluble but not water-soluble and this helps absorption). She also took milk powder everyday (Ensure Brand). Conditions of her bones have improved significantly.Taking calcium with magnesium is important to reduce the probability of getting kidney stones. Vitamin D3 and K2 should help to get calcium to our bones instead of residing in our blood (which is dangerous).

I like this product and company as they have the right formulation. I have been diagnosed with osteopenia along with low Vit D so this product is perfect without being too high in each mineral as I am not a fan of taking very high dosages of anything. The Vit K2 is a bonus as I know it is good for heart health, cancer prevention and also osteopenia/osteporosis.

Have been taking this for a few years due to its combination of cal cium, magnesium, Vit D &K which helps body to absorb calcium better. However need to increase dosage for my osteopenia as i was taking less than the recommended qty. I alternate this with Dr Best's calcium bone makers as these are the 2 brands I trust. Hopefully the quality is being maintained.

Alright, all I have to say is that these things are great. I had the thing going on with my teeth where they started turning transparent due to drinking highly acidic things like black coffee and tea that strips your enamel of the normal white color. Well after reading multiple websites that stated this issue is IRREVERSIBLE and that I have ruined my teeth and only dental procedures would provide a solution, I finally came across a BLOG or FORUM (don't remember which) where people were talking about the issue and one woman stated that she started taking a calcium/magnesium supplement that also had vitamins D3 and K (which help the body absorb the cal/mag) and her teeth started going back to normal.
