D-Mannose is a wonderful product! It works so well! Within hours, It started to work bringing the level of burning down to a tolerable level. By the next day all the burning and pain was gone. That was several months ago and now I take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 at night. I may cut back to only 2 a day soon. I love this product! I will always keep a bottle here.great quality product. it really works as intended. Will definitely get more soon! Thank you so much for this. it was made of high qualiy ingredients. I decided to try this supplements because I have frequent cystitis (annoying coli). I drink 2 tablets 1 time per day (the instructions say to drink 3 tablets 1-3 times a day).The results will be clear later, because I've just started drinking them. I had never had problems swallowing a pill before, but they appeared. I have found in my 40s that certain foods irritate my bladder and my bladder can also become dehydrated. Both of these issues can cause pain similar to that of a UTI. It has saved me with the problem of frequent UTIs. At first I followed the recommended dosage (3/day), after 2 months of use I had another milder infection, but I continued using them and now I just take one capsule a day or even 2-3 a week. I haven't had another infection in over 5 years after using it as a preventative, I used to get it every 4-6 months. If you have intestinal/stomach problems or sugar, first consult your doctor, it may not work. Most doctors are unaware of its existence, I learned about it from other women with the same problem and it has really saved me a lot of trouble.
